Objectives Prostate hyperplasia is a common disease in elderly men and the incidence increases with age.If an easy and economical method can be used to predict the risk of developing benign prostatic hyperplasia in the early stage, early intervention will have Clinical significance, but at home and abroad are not related to the research reports, the penis, testis, prostate are all androgen-dependent organs, the subject by comparing the size of the non-benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostatic hyperplasia penis and testis,to find out the correlation Some of the laws of nature, hoping to provide guidance and help for the early prediction of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods A total of 308 subjects were enrolled in this study.Urine Surgery 2016.11-2017.9 157 BPH patients and 151 healthy men over the age of 60 as control group were divided into 60-69 years according to their age,70-79 years old,?80 years old.The collected data included age, height, weight,BMI,penile length, penis diameter, bilateral testis volume, serum testosterone level,t PSA,f PSA,IPSS score and QOL score. The differences between the data collected in the three age groups of BPH group and the control group were compared. The differences of data collected in the three age groups of BPH group were compared.Pearson correlation analysis was used to study the differences of age, height, body weight,BMI,serum testosterone,t PSA,f PSA,IPSS score,QOL score and penile length, penile diameter, bilateral testicular volume relevance. Results A total of 308 relevant data were collected.(1)There was no significant difference in age, height, weight and BMI between BPH group and control group in all age groups.(2)The pubic symphysis pubis in the BPH group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P <0.05),and the length of the coronal groove, the length of the urethra of the coronoid groove, the length of the pubic symphysis, the length of the urethra and the diameter of the penis of the BPH group were significantly different.(3)The testis in left and right sides of BPH group in all age groups were larger than that in control group,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(4)The levels of PV,t PSA,f PSA,IPSS,QOL and serum testosterone in BPH group were significantly higher than those in control group at all ages. The F / T ratio was significantly higher in BPH group than in control group at 60-69 years old,The remaining two age groups F / T ratio was no significant difference.(5)The pubic symphysis in three age groups in BPH group was significantly different from coronal groove length, symphysis pubis, urethral length, penile diameter, left testicular size, right testicular size,F / T,QOL score,There was no significant difference between the two groups in the level of coronaries and urethra between 70-79 and 80 years old in BPH group.(6)Age,height,weight,BMI,IPSS score and Qol score had no correlation with penile length, penis diameter and bilateral testicular size.PV,serum testosterone level,t PSA,f PSA and penis length,(P <0.05).There was a positive correlation between the F / T and pubic symphysis and the length of coronal groove. The length of the urethra, the length of the urethra, the diameter of the penis, the size of the left testicle Size, right testes size no correlation.Conclusions(1)The pubic symphysis penis distance from the coronoid groove, coronal urethral length, pubic symphysis distance urethra length, penis diameter larger than normal men of the same age,and positive correlation with the prostate volume;(2)BPH patients Bilateral testes were larger than normal men of the same age and positively correlated with prostate volume.(3)t PSA and f PSA in BPH patients were significantly higher than those in normal men of the same age group, and were positively correlated with age.
