Objective:To explore the new procedure naming dermal-aponeurosis fixation blepharoplasty, the relationships of postoperative satisfaction and several factors were evaluated. Methods:From January 2015 to June 2015,87 Chinese patients were performed blepharoplasty using the dermal-aponeurosis fixation.Levator aponeurosis is used to connect the dynamic power of levator muscle and upper eyelid.Preoperation and postoperation evaluation includes satisfaction, width of double eyelid, double fold curve, asymmetry, scar formation and different eye basic conditions. Results:The technique showed good results in most cases with no recurrences of single-fold eyelid.87 cases were given over 6-months long follow—up with great satisfaction.9 cases were discontent due to asymmetry of the eyelid appearance. And extra 2 were discontent for early stage open uneasily.Conclusions:1.Dermal-aponeurosis fixation is the key point of our procedure. It is a good option for both the plastic surgeons and patients because of the excellent results.2.On contrary to scar and deep fold, crease fold width, curve, asymmetry, have a influence on postoperation satisfaction. What's more, asymmetry shows a largest effect among these factors.3.Eye basic conditions also play a role in postoperation satisfaction.
