Comparison With The Postoperative Swelling Analysis Of Orbicularis-levator Aponeurosis Fixation Technique And Skin-levator Aponeurosis Fixation Technique Double Eyelid Surgery

Object: Comparison with the postoperative swelling analysis of orbicularislevator aponeurosis fixation technique and skin-levator aponeurosis fixation technique double eyelid surgery.We want to explore the clinical value of orbicularis oculi muscle-upper levator plastic surgery.Method: Randomly selected 100 cases of the double-eyelid plastic in our hospital,then we divided the cases to therapy group and control group,the patient in therapy group by orbicularis–levator aponeurosis fixation technique(keep orbicularis oculi muscle),the patient in control group skin-levator aponeurosis fixation technique double eyelid surgery,and each group of 50 cases.The patients were followed up for3 months,and compared the peripheral tissue swelling grade and thickness of the double eyelid line in two groups,and use SPSS 12.0 conduct to statistical analysis.Result: There was no significant difference in the width of the double eyelid line between the two groups immediately after surgery(p>0.05),the width of the double eyelid line diversification of therapy group were obviously below control group in 6,30 days after surgery,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference in 90 days after surgery(p>0.05).The peripheral tissue swelling grade in two groups in 6,30 days after surgery,the therapy group obviously blow to control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the patients gradually recovered with the time,there was no significant difference in 90 days after surgery(p>0.05).Conclusion: The orbicularis-levator aponeurosis fixation technique can effectively prevent upper eyelid edema,and the plastic eyelid line was not appeared depression,and the incision will be healed faster.The procedure has a high clinical application and promotion value.
