In the medical and health service system of our country,the public hospital plays an irreplaceable role.Under the background of the new medical system reform,how to realize the performance evaluation reform of the public hospital and do a good job in public welfare management to meet the new needs of the reform and development is the focal point that all major hospital administrators should pay attention to and realize the effective reform and development at present.The thesis mainly carries on four aspects research.Firstly,the basic theory and method of performance appraisal are analyzed and the related core concepts of performance appraisal are defined.Secondly,the paper investigates and studies the present situation of JunGong hospital performance appraisal in Qinhuangdao second grade public hospitals.Based on the results of the investigation,the paper analyzes the basic situation of staff,performance results,service satisfaction and feedback,and compares the results of each kind of investigation,and finds out the main problems to be paid attention to in hospital performance management in the future.Third,from the lack of professional understanding of hospital performance appraisal,lack of leadership attention,poor publicity work,lack of feedback and communication awareness,lack of application of the results of performance appraisal five aspects of the present hospital performance appraisal problems are analyzed.Finally,from the aspect of improving the professional construction of the performance appraisal team,highlighting the social benefits of the hospital performance appraisal,clarifying the characteristics of the public welfare,raising the attention of the hospital leadership to the performance appraisal work,achieving the perfect development of the performance appraisal index system,and improving the performance appraisal feedback mechanism,the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the performance appraisal system of Qinhuangdao JunGong hospital.The paper adopts the methods of literature research,investigation and research.It collects,analyses and collates the relevant data and determines the research tasks and scope.The present situation and problems ofQinhuangdao JunGong hospital performance appraisal are obtained by investigation and research method,so as to put forward some suggestions and solutions.This paper focuses on the development of hospital performance management,and focuses on constructing a scientific and reasonable system performance appraisal mechanism,thus promoting the efficient operation of hospital,forming a good talent management mechanism,bringing into play the talent advantage and enhancing the talent competitiveness,so as to provide reference for the performance examination system of other public hospitals in Qinhuangdao.
