| With the sustained and rapid development of China’s economy and society,people’s minds have been fully emancipated,material culture and spiritual culture have been constantly improved.In contrast,due to various reasons such as system and system,the development of China’s medical and health market lags behind a lot,resulting in difficulties in seeing a doctor and high medical expenses of social contradictions become increasingly prominent livelihood issues.The General Office of the State Council has issued a new document on the reform of the medical and health system,Key Tasks for Deepening the Reform of Medical and Health Constitution in the Second Half of 2018.The proposed reform of public hospitals is an important measure to safeguard and improve people’s livelihood.It is necessary to promote the construction of graded diagnosis and treatment system in an orderly manner,and to establish and improve the modern medical management system,which emphasizes timely summary of the salary system Reform pilot experience,promote the establishment of pay system in line with industry characteristics,improve hospital performance system.As the hospital performance evaluation system has an impact on the health level of the people,and has a guiding effect on hospital behavior to a certain extent,which also affects the fairness and feasibility of medical services,this paper studies the performance system of People’s Hospital of F City.Based on the literature and expert opinions,this paper analyzed the current performance plan of F City People’s Hospital,and put forward the existing problems and shortcomings.After that,the strategic environment of the People’s Hospital of F City is analyzed.According to the theory and modelof the Balanced Scorecard,the strategic map of the hospital is drawn up.The index is formulated and selected by using the method of Delphi questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process,and the weight of the index is determined.As for the implementation of the performance evaluation system,it is analyzed from the basic requirements and safeguard measures,which is helpful to guide the actual operation of the planning and development strategy of F City People’s Hospital.Chinese styleIn this paper,the performance evaluation system of F City People’s Hospital is constructed by using the Balanced Scorecard,which can effectively promote the performance management of F City People’s Hospital and improve work efficiency.It also provides practical reference for other public hospitals. |
