Clinical Research On Treatment Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Pattern Of Ulcerative Colitis With The Method Of Yiqi Tongluo

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of by the method of Yiqi Tongluo on patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of ulcerative colitis by taking theory of collaterals.In order to prove the superiority of the overall concept of Chinese medicine,differentiation and explore the new method of ulcerative colitis and provide clinical evidence to guide clinical from theoretical and clinical aspects.Methods:Eighty–four patients from Baoding No.1 hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine matched with the inclution criteria were randomly divided into two groups:a treatment group and a control group,42 cases in each group.There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of gender,age,course of disease,lesion range and so on.Patients in treatment group received Yiqi tongluo self-designed decoction,morning and evening after meals.The control group was treated by Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tablets,4 tablets each time,4 times a day.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Through statistical analysis,the clinical symptoms of TCM,the degree of lesion in the colonoscopy and the changes of serum CRP were observed before and after treatment,so as to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:1.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups were effective.However,the improvement of clinical symptoms after treatment was better than that in the control group.2.Compared with the total score of clinical symptoms and signs,the total score of Chinese medicine group was 7.71±4.71,and the control group was 11.79±3.67 after treatment,indicating that there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).3.The total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was 90.48%.The total effective rate of control group was 71.43%.Two groups by the t test(P<0.05),the two groups of clinical curative effect was statistically difference,suggests that Chinese medicine treatment group is better than that of control group.4.The changes of the mucosal lesion in the colonoscopy were observed,22 cases were normal after treatment,12 cases were mild,8 cases were moderate,and 0 case was severe.In the control group,there were 7 normal cases,mild 28 cases,moderate 4 cases and severe 3 cases.Two groups of data by the?~2 test,P<0.01,significant difference was statistically significant.5.After treatment,the total score of CRP was 9.64±3.04.The total score of the control group was 12.17±3.82,and the data of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.01),indicating that the treatment effect of Chinese medicine group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The Yiqi Tongluo method is used to treat the chronic ulcerative colitis of qi deficiency and blood stasis,which is proved by this clinical study that the Yiqi Tongluo method can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs,so that the pathological changes of the colon can be significantly improved,and the treatment effect is better than the mesalazine enteric solution.
