Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis Based On Four Seasons Conditioning

Objective:Under the guidance of the theory of four seasons,observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine prescription in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.To sum up the value of four-time theory in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,and to open up a new way for the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Method:60 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group with a total of 30 cases.The treatment group according to four seasons to adjust the prescription,the control group was given Mesalazine Enteric-coated Tablets(Shaerfu).Each season is a course of treatment and lasted 1 year.After treatment,the efficacy of the patients were observed and recorded in detail.With Mesalazine Enteric-coated Tablets(Sha Erfu)comparison,to verifiy the curative effect based on four season conditioning for clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis.Results:The clinical research results show that,the curative effect of the treatment of ulcerative colitis based on the four seasons to adjust Chinese medicine had the similar effects with Mesalazine Enteric-coated Tablets.For the improvement of diarrhea,mucus pus and blood stool was better thanMesalazine Enteric-coated Tablets..There were no obvious adverse reactions in the study.Conclusion:Under the guidance of the theory of four seasons,the treatment of ulcerative colitis can not only improve the patient based and have certain effect to prevent the recurrence of the disease,no significant adverse reactions,for the treatment of ulcerative colitis and provides a new direction.
