Objective:Researching additive Shenlingbaizhu Decoction plus mesalazine hydrochloride enteric coated tablets oral study treatment of chronic proctitis (spleen clip wet type) clinical efficacy.Methods:60 patients met with the inclusion criteria of chronic proctitis, according to clinic were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Each 30 cases in each group, which the patients in the experimental group were given additive Shenlingbaizhu Decoction United with mesalazine enteric coated tablets for oral treatment; The control group were treated with mesalazine enteric coated tablets for oral with treatment, Treatment is divided into two courses,which has 28 days.Observing the clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatmentResults:After statistical analysis, there were no significant differences in gender, age, course of disease and main symptoms between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the patients in the two groups of stool frequency score have significant difference (P<0.05) and which was statistically significant; anal rectum bulge score were significantly different (P<0.05), which was statistically significant; mucus score have significant difference (P<0.05), which was statistically significant; colonoscopy scores have no significant difference (P>0.05), which was not statistically significant; the integrated effect of the two groups were compared with significant difference (P<0.05), which was statistically significant.Conclution:The treatment of chronic proctitis with additive Shenlingbaizhu Decoction plus mesalazine hydrochloride enteric coated tablets orally has curative effects and the effect of chronic proctitis with additive Shenlingbaizhu Decoction plus mesalazine hydrochloride enteric coated tablets oral treatment was superior to simple oral mesalazine enteric coated tablets.
