The Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Inactive Ulcerative Colitis Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis With The Method Of Reinforcing Qi And Removing Blood Stasis

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets in the maintenance and remission of ulcerative colitis and to verify its safety in the maintenance and remission treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:Sixty-six patients with ulcerative colitis in remission stage who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups randomly according to the order of admission,33 in the control group and 33 in the treatment group.The treatment group was given mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,0.5g,twice a day,combined with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction granules;the control group was given mesalazine enteric-coated tablets alone,1g,twice a day.The two groups maintained the treatment for 24 weeks.The scores of TCM symptoms,endoscopic mucosa,recurrence rate and safety indexes were recorded in detail before and after treatment.After the end of the clinical trial,the researchers summarized the data of the two groups of subjects,established a database,used SPSS19.0 version of statistical software for statistical analysis,and recorded the statistical data.Results:1.There was statistical difference in the scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05);the total effective rate of TCM syndromes improvement(94% in the treatment group and 81% in the control group)had statistical difference(P < 0.05),indicating that the comprehensive curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.There was no statistical difference in the indexes of abdominal pain,abdominal distension and skin armor error between the two groups after treatment.Diarrhea,pus and blood stool,lack of food,mental fatigue and body burnout were all P < 0.05,which showed that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.Comparing the scores of endoscopic mucosa between the two groups before and after treatment,the treatment group had statistical difference before and after treatment(P< 0.05);the control group had no significant difference before and after treatment(P >0.05);and the recurrence rate of the control group was higher than that of the treatment group,indicating that the treatment group had better effect in promoting mucosal repair and preventing recurrence than the control group.4.There were no obvious adverse reactions during maintenance remission treatment in the two groups,and no obvious abnormalities in laboratory examination before and after treatment.Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Decoction has a definite effect on long-term remission of ulcerative colitis and prevention of UC recurrence.It can improve the symptoms and signs of patients and promote the repair of intestinal mucosa.The curative effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction is better than that of Mesalazine enteric-coated tablets alone.The total effective rate of treatment group is higher than that of control group.
