Objective Systematic review was used to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of randomized controlled trials of Chinese medicine for the treatment of infantile anorexia,to provide evidence for the “heterozygous treatment” on infantile anorexia, and to compile symptomatic score questionnaires for infantile anorexia. The reliability and validity were analyzed to ensure that the therapeutic effects of infantile anorexia were scientifically and accurately assessed;the Case-control study of the infantile anorexia was conducted through the method of “heterozygous treatment” and Chinese medicine, and all test indicators were completed synchronously.A scientific evaluation of the therapeutic effect was conducted to find out the fastest and most effective treatment for infantile anorexia, thereby reducing the occurrence of clinical complications. Methods 1.Systematic evaluation: Computer-based search for related literature on the treatment of infantile anorexia, collecting randomized controlled studies that meet the criteria for diagnosis and inclusion of exclusion criteria for the treatment of infantile anorexia, and using Cochrane Revman 5.3 software to systematically evaluate the results; The compilation of the symptom integral questionnaire and the reliability and validity test of infantile anorexia: A scale pool was established by consulting relevant literature and core group discussions.A small sample was repeatedly pre-surveyed to construct an initial scale and 150 infantile anorexias were investigated.Use correlation coefficient method,Cronbach's coefficient method, factor analysis and other methods to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale;3.Clinical research: the infantile anorexia nervosa that meet the diagnosis and exclusion criteria are divided into random number tables. The "heterozygous treatment" group and the Chinese medicine group were subjected to the Case-control study. After one month of treatment, the therapeuticindexes,TCM symptom scores, trace elements, and hemoglobin were observed. Results 1.Systematic evaluation: According to the search and screening methods,a total of 127 articles were included in the study. The Jadad rating scale was used to score the selected literature.Only 4 articles were of high quality, and others were of low quality.Heterogeneity analysis of 127 studies showed a heterogeneity of P<0.00001.A meta-analysis was performed using a random effects model. The combined effect RR of95% CI was 1.25(1.22,1.28)and Z was 19.72(P< 0.00001),the difference was statistically significant.2.Scale compilation and reliability and validity test: The questionnaire on symptoms of pediatric anorexia was composed of 28 items. The retest coefficients of all items were greater than 0.7(P<0.01),indicating that the reliability of the test was good and consistent.Higher;the Cronbach's coefficient ? of the total table is 0.978.After each entry is deleted one by one,no entries will reduce the internal consistency of the total table, indicating that the internal consistency of the scale and its items is good;content validity analysis The correlation coefficient between the 28 items and the total score of the scale was greater than 0.6(0.651-0.869),and it had strong correlation;the KMO statistic was 0.927,and the Bartlett's spherical test chi-square statistic was 6840.433,P=0.000,which was suitable as a factor.Analysis of exploratory factor analysis results showed that the first four principal components had eigenvalues of ?1 and the cumulative contribution rate was 80.091.Therefore,the first four common factors were selected.3.Clinical study: There was no significant difference in gender, age, duration of illness, and disease condition between the two groups(P>0.05).The results were comparable. Both groups were effective(P<0.05).The efficacy of both symptomatic efficacy and disease efficacy was higher, the therapeutic effect was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the symptoms were better than the control group(P<0.05).The blood zinc level and hemoglobin were elevated. The content was better than the control group(P<0.05),and the adverse reactions were small. Conclusion Through systemic evaluation, the treatment methods of "heterozygous treatment" for infantile anorexia include four methods: massage therapy, acupuncture, acupoint application and oral Chinese medicine. The clinical treatment effect and symptom improvement of the “treatment” method and the oral Chinese medicine method alone showed that the “heterozygous treatment” method was more accurate and could significantly increase blood zinc and hemoglobin content in the children, and the adverse reactions were small.Effective, safe and feasible,it is worthy of clinical application.
