With the deep enrollment of China's college expansion policy,competition has become more and more serious among universities.In addition,awareness of the impact of college students' professional satisfaction on the recruitment of students and the reputation of the school as well as student retention and so on,which is growing under the economy-driven education environment.In the new program of undergraduate teaching evaluation,students' satisfaction with the quality of higher education has become an indicator of the evaluation of College education.Students,as receivers of professional education,have the right to evaluate the quality of professional education service.Therefore,the study of the students' professional satisfaction can not only promote the comprehensive understanding of the requirements and attitudes of college students in the theoretical level,but also ensure the vitality of universities in the practical level.Based on the collection and analyses of the literature on professional satisfaction at home and abroad,this study,focusing on stomatology undergraduates to investigate their professional satisfaction,tries to get the information of undergraduate dental students' satisfaction with their specialties and find out the influencing factors of student satisfaction and the advantages and disadvantages in professional education,so as to provide a reliable basis for increasing students' professional satisfaction and improving and upgrading the quality of college education service.This paper can be divided into five part.The first part is introduction,including introducing reasons of selecting this topic,the intention and meaning of making this study,and expounding some basic conceptions involved in it,literature review and research thoughts and methods.The second part is about theoretical basis.Based on Total Quality Management Theory,Customer Satisfaction Theory and Taylor Curriculum Theory and so on,discourses the reason being selected as theoretical basis,consolidating theoretical basis of related research.The third part is about analysis on current situation of undergraduates' satisfaction who majored in Stomatology.Firstly,to expound study design,to explain some information about research hypothesis and subjects,design,issue and recovery of questionnaire,and to check out reliability and validity of the questionnaire;Then,to analyze current situation of undergraduates' satisfaction who majored in Stomatology by using descriptive statistics and other methods,including descriptive statistic on undergraduates' basic information and analysis and conclusion of current situation.The fourth part is about exploring factors influencing undergraduates' satisfaction.Use statistical analysis methods such as descriptive statistics,independent sample T test,single factor analysis of variance,correlation analysis and regression analysis to explore the factors from undergraduates' background,major selected and major components.The fifth part is about conclusion and suggestions upon this study.According to the analysis results,sums up this study's research conclusion and comes up with some suggestions and thoughts to upgrade professional education service and increase undergraduates' major satisfaction.
