From practical value or theoretical meaning, the issue of college students professionalism is a worth study concern. However, related research is rarely both at home and abroad. Particularly it is almost no research for medical college student professionalism. Professionalism is not only the concept of education, but also a psychological concept. In this study, I write the questionnaire on the basic of fundamental principles of Q technology from psychological perspective. According to the questionnaire, I explore the structure elements and influencing factors of medical college student professionalism, and obtained related results.First of all, I investigate 50 medical university students through the way of lectures, collect professional terms and add up frequency, then form 64 questionnaire items. Then we use these items to investigate 186 medical collage students. Through the evaluation of the data item and two exploratory factor analysis, I delete useless items, remain 48 items, and distribute these item in six dimensions. Then the questionnaire has been finished. I use cluster analysis to test the reasonableness of questionnaire distribution on the six dimensions. The questionnaire is in line with the requirements of surveying according to a series of reliability and validity test. It has good reliability and validity. Finally, according to use the questionnaire to investigate 629 students in Inner Mongolia medical college, and explore the structure elements and influencing factors in Contemporary medical collage students. In this study, the results obtained are as follows:1. There are six major dimensions in the questionnaire: Occupational norms, professional style and skills, professional attitude, knowledge of occupation role, professional values and occupational health psychology. The cumulative variance contribute rate is 62.637% in these six factors. The reliability and validity are good. It could be used as appropriate instrument to evaluate the professionalism of Medical collage students.2. Reliability testing has shown that the internal consistency coefficient is 0.967, the internal consistency coefficient is between 0.85-0.91 in the dimensions, split-half reliability of the questionnaire is 0.831 in the questionnaire. Various dimensions of the split-half reliability is between 0.70-0.81, test-retest reliability is between 0.80 -0.907. All of these meet the requirements of surveying. The questionnaire has good reliability. It is stable and credible as a medical student professionalism measurement tool.3. Exploratory factor analysis and scale correlation matrix shows that Construct Validity of the questionnaire is better.4. Survey shows that the average medical school student professionalism is divided into 6.084. Student professionalism in medical collage has no significant difference in nation and gender. It has significant differences at grade and major. It has extremely significant differences in age, areas, rearing patterns, the reasons for studying medicine, ideal after graduation, intending on whether diverted and having or not long-term illness people in family. According to survey 629 medical collage students from the questionnaire, we can see that it shows on the diversity and differences in professionalism dimensions and totalscores.
