| Under the fierce competition of the market economy,the importance of human resources is more and more widely recognized,whether in multinational enterprises or the small and medium-sized enterprises,whether in state-owned enterprises or private enterprises.The talent competition has become the most crucial factor in all the competitions,the enterprise human resources department plays an important part in the overall organizational efficiency and profitability.Since the leadership is committed to improve the enterprise human resources management system,human resource management has played a more and more important role in modern enterprises.In the highly complex and continuous changing environment,the human resources of the enterprise are the important source of improving the competitiveness of the enterprises and maintaining the competitive advantage of the enterprises.The core of human resource management is to establish a complete mechanism of human resource management and allocate human resources rationally,so as to stimulate the enthusiasm and vigor of employees,thus enhancing the performance of enterprises.How can managers do the "best",put the staff in right place? How can managers achieve the best benefit of human resources? The author believes that human resource management practices must support high performance work system,and provide employees with skills,motivation,knowledge and autonomy,so as to achieve high performance.In today’s world,the success of many enterprises lies in a complete human resources management team,and human resources will become an important symbol of evaluation on competitiveness of the hospital.Therefore,the urgent problem for the hospital in our country is how to establish an effective human resources management system to strengthen the hospital human resource management and improve its core competitiveness.Based on this,this paper takes L Hospital as an example,discusses existing operational problems of L hospital human resource management system based on its current situation.After a deep analysis and research on the performance management system,the optimization scheme is proposed to promote the sustainable development of hospitals.Before the analysis of system of L hospital human resource management,the paper analyzed the related theories and the methods which are applied to the establishment of performance management system.Secondly,in the research process of the present situation of the human resource management system in L Hospital,the general situation of L hospital was first introduced and its human resource management structure was systematically analyzed.Then,we carried out the investigation and research on its current situation from the perspective of personnel management,performance salary system,income distribution system and employee’s cultural identity of hospital.Then,according to the performance management system and the requirements of the development of L Hospital,from the perspective of the accuracy,practicability,influence and effect evaluation,using such methods as questionnaire,data analysis,this thesis has a deep excavation of the main problems of the performance management system and the main causes.Finally,the paper focuses on the problems and shortcomings of performance management in L Hospital,summarizes the internal and external causes,and gives suggestions for optimizing the performance management system,giving the right direction to ensure the good operation of the human resource management system.After the optimization of the performance management system for L hospital,the mechanically defects can be avoided.And with more flexible and user-friendly characteristics added to it,the author believes it will bring significant effect on the improvement of hospital management.In general,the results of this study have very strong practical characteristics.The modern concept of performance management in this paper,combined with the actual situation of the enterprises themselves and form design,has a very high value on the enterprise.All kinds of frameworks,the proposed system and methods in this paper can be directly applied to the enterprise,so it has better practicability.Secondly,the results of this paper have significant systematic characteristics.On the basis of the original single performance appraisal,we have designed a series of perfect links from performance plan to performance feedback and result application,perfected various links of performance management,and made clear all aspects of relations.Therefore,the systematic characteristics will help the realization of the strategic objectives of the hospital. |
