With the rapid development of information technology and its powerful penetration into all aspects of the social economy,the role of information construction in the development of enterprises is becoming increasingly prominent.More and more enterprises have realized the electronic operation,the realization of human resources management information is the inevitable trend of human resources management development.The aim of this project is to design and implement a complete set of human resources management information system.Optimal control and strategic analysis of human resources management in the unit to support management and decision-making.It is of great significance to integrate management resources,reduce management cost and provide basic platform for other management systems.Based on JSP technology,the design and implementation of the human resource management system in hospital are completed.According to the actual situation of the third people's hospital in Ningxia,this paper analyzes the requirements from three aspects:business,performance and function,and demonstrates the feasibility from three angles:technical,economic and security.The results show that the development of the system is necessary and feasible.The system is divided into five functional modules:performance management,attendance management,system management,supervisory management and cadre performance.Each module contains multiple subfunctions.Based on the results of system analysis and design,the system is developed using B/S architecture,application development using JSP technology,Oracle database and Tomcat server,and JDBC connected database technology.Through the above development technology,the function of each module of the system is realized.The black box test method was adopted after the system development.The test results show that the performance and function of the system are in line with the requirements,and can run safely,stably and efficiently.The system put into use,greatly improved the efficiency of human resources management,and the system easy to maintain,has a strong practicality.
