| Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Yiwei Sanjie Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis with atypical hyperplasia,we can provide a new idea and a new method for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with atypical hyperplasia.Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and atypical hyperplasia attending Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Special and Gastroenterology dept.from July 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases given Yiwei Sanjie Decoction,once a day,drinking it in the morning and evening,the control group of 30 patients given Weifuchun,4 tablets,3 times a day.The duration of treatment in both groups was 6 months.During the treatment,the two groups of patients were forbidden to take all medicines related to chronic gastritis and to avoid to take strong tea,coffee,over-ironing,fumigation,frying and barbecue.After 6months,the gastroscope was reviewed and pathological examination was performed.The changes of gastroscopy,pathology and clinical symptoms were recorded and compared.All data are entered Excel table finishing,using SPSS22.0 statistical software for system analysis.Results:1.The comprehensive effect: After six months of treatment,the clinical efficacy of both groups improved.The treatment group cured in 6 cases,9 cases markedly effective,11 cases effective,4 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 86.67%.In the control group,2 cases were cured,4 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,11 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 63.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate(P<0.05).2.Symptom scores: After six months of treatment,the two groups of patients have different degrees of improvement on symptoms of stomachache,gastrectasia,noisy,belching,appetite,fatigue,dry mouth and other symptoms.The scores of the stomachache,gastrectasia,belching,appetite and fatigue of the treatment group were better than those of the Weifuchun control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),but for the improvement of symptoms such as noisiness and dry mouth,the two groups were compared.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)3.Symptom efficacy: After six months' medication,the symptom and curative effect of both groups improved.In the treatment group,10 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was83.33%.The control group cured 4 cases,markedly effective in 5 cases,effective in 11 cases,ineffective in 10 cases and total effective rate of 66.67%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.The effect of gastroscopy: After treatment,the total effective rates of gastroscopy in treatment group and control group were 86.67% and 70.00%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).5.Pathological effects: After six months of treatment,in the aspect of atrophy and atypical hyperplasia,the total effective rates were 80.00% and 83.33% in the treatment group.The control group in atrophy and dysplasia,the total effective rates were 63.33%and 70.00%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiwei Sanjie Decoction has obvious curative effect on improving clinical symptoms such as stomachache,fullness,belching,anorexia,fatigue and other symptoms in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with atypical hyperplasia.It has obvious improvement on atrophy and dysplasia,and can be reversed to the atypical hyperplasia development in some extent.It is worth to further study its mechanism of action and to better promote the application. |
