Objectives Objective to explore the expression of Napsin-A,CK7,p63 and Ki-67 in NSCLC and analyze their correlation with prognosis.Provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods A total of 86 histopathologic specimens of NSCLC patients who had been surgically removed from our hospital during the past 2014-2015 years were collected.Of them,62 cases were diagnosed as adenocarcinoma and 24 cases were squamous cell carcinoma.47 men and 39 women were male.The age is between 39-80 years old,with an average of 60.44 + 8.99 years.The median age is 62 years old.According to the eighth version of the Unionfor International Cancer Control(UICC),the TNM stage of lung cancer is based on 12 cases of I stage,40 cases of II stage,23 cases of III stage,and 11 cases of IV stage.In this study,the expression of Napsin-A,CK7,p63 and Ki-67 in 86 patients with non-small cell lung cancer was studied by immuno tissue method,and the effects of Napsin-A,CK7,p63 and Ki-67 on the prognosis of patients with non-small cell lung cancer were investigated.Results In this study,86 pathological tissue specimens of non small cell lung cancer were removed by surgical resection from January 2014 to December 2015.The expression of Napsin A,CK7,p63 and Ki-67 in non-small cell lung cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry.1 SPSS 22 was used to analyze the expression of Napsin A,CK7,p63 and Ki-67 in non-small cell lung cancer,and to analyze their relationship with prognosis.2 Napsin A was located in cytoplasm,the positive rate in lung adenocarcinoma was 80.65%,and the positive rate in lung squamous cell carcinoma was 12.50%.The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in gender,age,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the survival time of Napsin A in univariate analysis(P>0.05).3 CK7 was stained in cytoplasm and cell membrane,the positive rate in the lung gland was 88.71%,and the positive rate in lung squamous cell carcinoma was 12.50%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of CK in patients' sex,age,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage.(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the survival time of CK7 in univariate analysis(P>0.05).4 P63 was located in the nucleus,the positive rate in lung adenocarcinoma was 17.74%,and the positive rate in lung squamous cell carcinoma was 70.83%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of P63 in the negative lymph node metastasis group was 23.08%,and the positive rate in the lymph node metastasis positive group was 47.06%,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in sex,age,clinical stage,and so on(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in the survival rate of p63(P>0.05).5 Ki-67 was located in the nucleus,the positive rate in the negative lymph node metastasis group was 42.31%,and the positive rate in the lymph node metastasis positive group was 91.18,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of Ki-67 was 44.23% in patients with I-II stage in clinical stage.The positive rate was 88.24% in stage III-IV stage in clinical stage,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Ki-67 was statistically significant in the single factor analysis of patients' survival time(P<0.05).6 In the single factor analysis of survival rate of 86 patients with non-small cell lung cancer,lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and expression of Ki-67 were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the multifactor analysis of the patient's life,the clinical stage and the expression of Ki-67 became independent factors after the rain,and had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 Napsin A and CK7 are highly expressed in lung adenocarcinoma,and p63 is highly expressed in lung squamous cell carcinoma,and the difference is statistically significant.It can be used as the basis of the histological classification of tumor.2 the expression of Ki-67 is not correlated with histological type of lung cancer,but it has statistical significance with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage.The expression rate of Ki-67 in patients with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage was significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis and clinical stage.3 lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and expression of Ki-67 affect prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer.4 the clinical stage and the expression of Ki-67 are independent prognostic factors of non-small cell lung cancer.
