The Curative Effect Of Yiqi Huayu Method On Residual Uterine Cavity After Early Abortion

Objective: To observe the effect of Yiqi Huayu method decoction on the changes of vaginal bleeding,uterine cavity residue size,and blood ?-HCG data in patients with residual uterine cavity after early abortion,and to evaluate the effect of Yiqi Huayu method in treating residual uterine cavity after early abortion,and provide clinical evidence for its application.Methods: This study used its own pre-post-contrast studies to provide 30 cases of intrauterine residual patients who met the standard from April 2017 to December 2017 in the gynecology clinic of Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine to give Yiqi Huayu Herbal Decoction,one dose daily,orally twice daily,test8 weeks,observed changes in the size of the uterine cavity residues and blood ?-HCG data,the withdrawal of drugs when the cure criteria.By observing the situation of vaginal bleeding,changes in uterine cavity residue,and blood ?-HCG data after treatment,the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huayu traditional Chinese medicine decoction for residual uterine cavity patients was observed.Results: 1 After treatment,28 cases were cured,2 cases were effective,0 case s were ineffective,the cure rate was 93.33%,and the total effective rate was 100.00%.2 Compared with before treatment,the serum ?-HCG data decreased 1week after treatment,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Compared wit h before treatment,the serum ?-HCG data decreased 2 weeks after treatment,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.3 Compared with before treatment,the maximum diameter of the resid ual uterine cavity in the first week of treatment was reduced,P<0.05,which w as statistically significant.Compared with that before treatment,the maximum d iameter of the uterine cavity residue was reduced within 2 weeks of treatment,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:1 Yiqi Huayu method can reduce the patients' blood ?-HCG data af ter treatment of residual uterine cavity after early abortion;2 Yiqi Huayu treatment of residual uterine cavity after early abortio n can promote the discharge of the residue,absorption or dissipation.
