The Observation On Efficacy Of Different Application Herbs And Acupoint Prescriptions To Treat Lung Deficiency Type Of Asthma

Objective:This research aimed to adopt crude herb moxibustion therapy,evaluate the clinical effectiveness of different application herbs and acupoints prescription to treat bronchial asthma,screening out the best herbs and cupoints prescription from crude herb moxibustion treating bronchial sthma.Methods:80cases met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into four groups:group1of crude herb moxibustion (the application herbs made from fresh White Mustard Seed+Fei shu.Feng men, Ding chuan)group2of crude herb moxibustion (the application herbs made from fresh White Mustard Seed+Tian tu. Da zhui, Gao huang. Shen shu)group3of crude herb moxibustion(the application herbs made from fried White ustard Seed+Fei shu. Feng men, Ding chuan)group4of crude herb moxibustion (the application herbs made from fried White Mustard Seed+Tian tu. Da zhui,Gao huang. Shen shu)Observed asthma controltest table ACT scores, TCM symptom score sheet scoring, and serum eosinophil cationic protein ECPlevelsat the same timebefore treatment, after treatment,3months after reatment.Results:ACT scores before and after comparison of four patients, serum ECP levels, TCM symptom score sheet scoring difference was statistically significant P<0.05; sticking Drug main effect P<0.05; acupuncture prescription main effect P>0.05; acupuncture prescription Drug interactions with sticking P>0.05. Conclusions:Four groups can improve the clinical efficacy of bronchial asthma, in which the drug group born Mustard Seed sticking significant effect;2Tian tu. Da zhui, Gao huang.
