Objective To observe the inhibition of bone age in adolescent girls with kidney and kidney,and to predict the height of adult.To observe whether there is growth inhibition in adolescent girls with kidney and kidney failure.Compare the difference of efficacy between different syndromes;The difference of curative effect between different bone age groups was compared.Methods This topic adopts the research method of self-control before and after treatment,and compiles the clinical case observation table.The collected data is recorded into Excel software and SPSS19.0 statistical software is used for statistical analysis.Results 1.In this study,72 cases of adolescent girls were included in this study,47 cases(65.2%)of Yin deficiency fire and spleen deficiency,and 25 cases(34.7%)of Yin deficiency fire and liver depression.There were 41 cases(57.1%)and 31 cases(43.9%)of bone age group.2.Incorporated in 72 cases,analyzed the partial short children's growth and adverse factors,including lack of vitamin D for 57 cases(80.4%),insufficient exercise of 39 cases(69.4%),sleep time of 23 cases(32.1%),less picky eaters of 28 cases(39.3%).3.Between the different syndromes,the pre-treatment of the pre-treatment bone age index was 1.07 + 0.23 for the children treated with Yin deficiency fire and spleen deficiency,and the treatment was reduced to 1.5 or + 0.21.The difference was statistically significant(P=0.01<0.05).The bone age index was 1.02 + 1.53,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.031<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.4.Among different bone age groups,the pre-treatment of bone age group was 1.16 + + 0.11 before the treatment,and the decrease was 1.14 + 0.19 after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.00<0.05).The pre-treatment of bone age group was 0.94 + 0.04,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.01<0.05).5.In terms of predict adult height,Yin fire and TanNing pixu(spleen deficient)group of children before treatment to predict adult height(156.16 + 0.58)cm,after treatment to predict adult height(157.93 + 3.21)cm,the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.03 < 0.05);Yin fire and liver depression before the fire group of children treatment to predict adult height(155.37 + 0.32)cm,the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.00 < 0.05),Yin fire and liver depression group of children to predict adult height above the fire Yin fire and liver group with pixu(spleen deficient).6.Before the treatment,children of bone age group predicted adult height(156.07 + + 3.77)cm,and the adult height was predicted to be(158.85 + 3.73)cm,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.00<0.05).Before bone age group of children behind treatment predict adult height is(155.46 + 3.61)cm,after treatment to predict adult height(159.07 + 3.45)cm,and the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.00 < 0.05),bone age group of children behind to predict adult height above the bone age group of children in advance.Conclusions 1.The phlegm method can inhibit the rapid increase of bone age in adolescent girls with no growth inhibition.2.The development of adolescent girls' growth space can be increased with kidney and kidney dreariness,improving the prediction of adult height;3.Each group predicted an increase in adult height,but the increase was slightly different.
