The Clinical Study On Runzao Prescription For Treating The Primary Sjogren Syndrome(Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin)

Objective：Through the observation of Runzao Prescription on improving the conditionof patients with primary Sjogren syndrome symptoms, signs, and before and after treatmentthe blood flow rate and salivary flow (η H, η L, P, VAI, TK) effect, therapeutic effect of thedecoction on deficiency of both qi and yin dryness syndrome and possible mechanism, andwere compared with the use of transfer factor, to evaluate its clinical efficacy, for itsextensive, in-depth to provide scientific basis for clinical.Methods：Select60patients met the inclusion criteria of patients with primary Sjogrensyndrome, were randomly divided into2groups, the treatment group and the control groupwith30cases in each. The treatment group used Runzao decoction, drugs by HenanTraditional Chinese Medicine Hospital pharmacy,200ml each time,2times a day; thecontrol group using Transfer Factor Capsules,3times daily,2capsules each time, oral. Theshort-term curative effect (treatment effect) evaluation scheme, comprehensive observationof the curative effect after60days of therapy in patients of the two groups, and the staticsalivary flow rate and blood viscosity (η H, η L, P, VAI, TK) detection, compared theefficacy of two groups.Results：①The30cases of treatment group,16cases markedly effective, effective12cases, invalid2cases, the total efficiency of93.34%; control group30cases, effective in10cases, effective13cases, invalid7cases, the total effective rate was76.67%, the resultsshow: the clinical curative effect of the total efficiency of two groups had significantdifference (P<0.05).②In the two groups before and after treatment, the clinical symptomsscore, TCM syndrome integral, and flow rate of saliva and blood rheology (η H, η L, P, VAI,TK) showed significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion： Runzao Prescription better than the transfer factor in treatment ofdeficiency of both qi and yin dryness syndrome, can more effectively promote the secretionof saliva, and can obviously improve the dryness syndrome in patients with dry mouth,sticky mouth, pain and other symptoms, the oral micro environment tend to balance, improvethe quality of life of patients, can be used in clinical treatment of qi and yin deficiency typeeffective selection of drying syndrome, but the study was to investigate the relatively small number of cases, time is short, need more samples and long-term clinical observation insupport of the evidence.
