At present, the classification, widely recognized is the primary and secondary drying syndrome (sjogren’s syndrome. By static testing patients saliva flow rate, in order to more scientific and objective of the quantitative indicators to judge the curative effect, provide scientific basis for acupuncture treatment of sjogren’s syndrome, at the same time, provide new ideas and new method for the treatment of sjogren’s syndrome.Research methodsHospital acupuncture clinic in Beijing university of Chinese medicine east and salivary glands of hospital of Beijing oral outpatient clinic in patients with sjogren’s syndrome, selection standard,30 patients with sjogren’s syndrome dry mouth open clinical trial method, its before and after comparison, the total number of cases of 30 cases. Choose acupuncture point formula to meridian syndrome differentiation, oneself to t2dm, CV 23, chung wan, qi hai, column (double side) deficiency, "yu ji" (bilateral), according to the sea (double side) and so on acupuncture point acupuncture treatment, treatment 3 times a week, for a period of treatment, two courses of treatment. After treatment with statistics, dry mouth VAS score was reduced, the reduced by 6.07+/-2.288 to 6.07+/-2.164, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); Dry mouth symptoms score after treatment than before treatment, reduced from 4.7+/-0.75 to 4.7+/-0.830, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.01); Static saliva flow rate after treatment was higher, the increased by 0.367+/-0.307to 0.600+/-0.371, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.01). Clinical recovery 8 cases (26.7%), 10 cases were markedly improved (33.3%), effective in 3 patients (10%), invalid 9 cases (30%), the total effective rate was 70%.ConclusionBased on 30 patients with sjogren’s syndrome before and after the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment of contrast found that acupuncture intervention can effectively increase the saliva of patients with sjogren’s syndrome, relieve the symptoms of dry mouth in patients with clinical curative effect is remarkable. Acupuncture treatment of sjogren’s syndrome is safe, effective and easily accepted by patients, positive clinical significance, is worth further research and popularization and application. |
