Study On Outpatient Infusion Based On Pdca Principle

According to the " universal infusion" scene and the irrational drug use in many hospitals in China,this paper aims to " reduce outpatient pharmacy,integrate intravenous injection into standardized management category"," curb the abuse of antibiotics and prevent excessive".Main contents of the study:First,according to the phenomenon of" universal infusion" and irrational drug use in outpatient infusion hall,this paper analyzes the risk of intravenous infusion and the harm of drug abuse,and puts forward the logical starting point of" reducing outpatient pharmacy and drug abuse".This paper analyzes the situation of outpatient infusion at home and abroad,and points out the outpatient infusion problem to be solved urgently.This paper discusses the application of quality management in medical industry,and puts forward the research goal of this paper.Secondly,it rearranged the four stages of the quality management development process,namely the quality inspection stage that quality management basically stays in the specific process,the quality management extends from the process to the quality control stage of the entire production line,and the quality management extends from the production line to the entire enterprise.Quality assurance stage,quality management from the enterprise radiation to the quality competition stage of the market.The representative figures and organizations and their theoretical methods are analyzed around four stages of development.This paper expounds the problem attributes and basic characteristics of outpatient infusion,and puts forward that the applicable quality management method is to pay attention to the continuous improvement of the PDCA cycle.This paper describes the basic principle of PDCA cycle and its characteristics of "interlocking,continuous,and gradual".Third,this paper introduces the evaluation criteria of three-level comprehensive hospital and its management regulations on outpatient and drug use,combined with a period of outpatient consultations and intravenous infusion data in a hospital in Beijing in recent years,analyzes the reality of outpatient infusion medical quality and problems.Again,take the " shuxinquan" research practice of the third prize in the fourth hospital quality control circle competition held in Chengdu by the end of October 2016,study the basic process,ten steps,methods points of the PDCA cycle in the quality management activities.The author of this paper is the main designer of" shuxinquan".The "shuxinquan" operation became the first three level general hospital in the capital to cancel outpatient infusion,and was widely reported by the mainstream media.Finally,this paper discusses the development prospect of medical quality management,and points out the relationship between total quality management(TQM),quality cycle(quality of),quality control circle(qcc),and the importance of PDCA in medical quality management,and puts forward new direction.
