Evaluation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Hewei Fuzheng Triple Therapy In The Treatment Of Vomiting After Chemotherapy For Lung Cancer

Objective: Clinical observation on the curative effect of Hewei Fuzheng triple therapy combines with metoclopramide and tropisetron on vomiting after chemotherapy for lung cancer.It provides high safety,less toxic and side effects,and improves patients' physique and quality of life.Methods: This study collected patients from respiratory department of the first affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese Medicine,Department of Integrated traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine of Henan Oncology Hospital,and inpatients with vomiting after chemotherapy for lung cancer.Randomly and evenly divided into control group and experimental group 2,each of 40 cases.Matched group was given 10 mg metoclopramide intramuscular injection combined with 5mg tropisetron intravenous drip,one day at a time.The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group,include:(1)Self-made Hewei Fuzheng Powder Umbilical therap;(2)Moxibustion treatment of Zusanli by moxibustion;(3)Applying vinegar to Evodia rutaecarpa on Yongquan point,total treatment 9 days.It observes the number and extent of vomiting after treatment,and registers in the corresponding table.Results:(1)Two groups of age,gender,and vomiting degree,lung cancer typing,lung cancer staging,chemotherapy drugs,KPS score were not statistically significant differences,and were comparable(P> 0.05);(2)The treatment group was superior to the control group in the degree and frequency of nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy for lung cancer(P < 0.05);(3)Both groups had a decrease in KPS score,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05);(4)There were no significant differences in white blood cells,liver function and renal function after treatment(P< 0.05).Conclusion: Clinical observation on the curative effect of Hewei Fuzheng triple therapy can more effectively improve nausea and vomiting caused by lung cancer after chemotherapy,improve the patients quality of life,relieve the suffering of the patients with chemotherapy,and no obvious side effects,clinical use is safe and effective.
