Clinical Observation Of Fuzheng Jianpi Mixture In Improving Immune Function Of Lung Cancer After Chemotherapy (Deficiency Of Lung And Spleen Qi)

Objective:Through the clinical observation of Fuzheng Jianpi Mixture to improve the immune function of patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy(deficiency of lung and spleen qi),to explore Fuzheng Jianpi Mixture to alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy,improve the immune function and improve the quality of lifeMethods:From September 2018 to December 2020,57 patients with low immune function after lung cancer chemotherapy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 27 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Fuzheng Jianpi Mixture twice a day.The control group was treated with ubenimex capsule twice a day,one day before treatment,the fifth day after treatment and the tenth day after treatment.The KPS score,TCM symptoms,immune function and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results: After treatment,KPS score,TCM syndrome total score and each score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the immune function indexes CD3 +,CD4+,CD4 + / CD8 +,CD45 +,CD3 +% in the experimental group were increased(P <0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Jianpi mixture can effectively improve the immune function of lung cancer after chemotherapy,without obvious adverse reactions,which is safe and effective,and has certain clinical application value.
