ObjectivesEstimating curative effect of acupoint sticking therapy preventing and controlling nausea and vomit by Breast Chemoradiotherapy, and discussioning who's mechanism.MethodsThis research design was Clinical stochastic control experiment。60 patients were divided into 1:1 ratio according to treatment group and control group. All the patients were received chemotherapy in Breast Cancer. The patient in the treatment group were received granisetron combined with acupoint sticking therapy. The patients in the control group were received granisetron injection alone. The symptoms of nausea, vomiting and decreased appetite during the first 7 days of chemotherapy cycle were observed, according to WHO anti-cancer drug toxicity (nausea, vomiting) classification, and record adverse reactions, evaluation of patients with general status Karnofsky score. Results of all the data used SPSS17.0 statistical software for analysis, P<0.05 for a significant difference.ResultComparison of two chemotherapy treatment on day 1 complete control rate of nausea, Chi-square test showed P>0.05. From 2 to 7 days, Chi-square test showed P<0.05, there were significant differences between the two groups. Comparing the two groups with the duration of nausea by t test, The results showed that P<0.05. Antiemetic treatment group and control group, the total effective rate was 96.6%,93.1% on day 1 after chemotherapy. Chi-square test prompted P>0.05. Delayed vomiting in in the treatment grou valid remission rates were higher than control group. Chi-square results indicate that P<0.01, with statistically significant difference between two groups, with statistically significant difference between two groups. Comparison of two appetite after chemotherapy to improve the situation, by chi-square test results, P<0.05.ConclusionAcupoint sticking therapy combined antiemetic drug antiemetic drug alone can more effectively improve with cyclophosphamide, epirubicin breast cancer chemotherapy induced nausea, delayed vomiting, and improve the appetite, improve the quality of life of patients, clinical studies need to be further larger sample, multi-center, randomized study.
