In recent years,with the steady advancement of medical reform work,hospitals at all levels have made improvements in software and hardware construction.However,while the medical reforms are proceeding well,the loss of medical personnel has gradually become an important factor in curbing the development of medical and health services.The construction of medical and health talent team is the guarantee for promoting the steady and rapid development of the health industry,and is an effective way to speed up the reform of the medical and health system.Heilongjiang agricultural reclamation system is an important commodity grain base in China.With the economic development over the years,medical and health undertakings have also achieved rapid development.In general,although the heilongjiang agricultural reclamation system's health care system reform work has achieved remarkable results,as the hospital infrastructure has gradually improved.However,the construction of medical and health technicians is still lagging behind.Especially.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the size of large-scale urban hospitals,medical professionals have gradually flowed into large hospitals in areas with high economic development in the province.The medical institutions of agricultural reclamation systems have experienced shortages of technical talents,lower overall quality of medical and health workers,lack of scientific talent structure,and unbalanced distribution of talent structure.Many problems such as the introduction,cultivation,use,and retention of talents have become prominent,which has seriously hindered the smooth and rapid development of heilongjiang agricultural reclamation system.The paper refers to the accumulated experiences and achievements of Chinese and foreign health personnel construction,analyzes the status quo and loss of medical personnel talents in the heilongjiang agricultural reclamation system from the perspective of community-based medical treatment in underdeveloped regions,analyzes the causes of the problems,and summarizes the economy,policies,location,society,traffic and many other factors that cause the shortage of medical professionals,pointed out the countermeasures to deal with the problem of brain drain.Including: Focusing on the needs of individual talents from the perspective of talented people's social relations to improve personnel treatment,strengthening the concept of employment and guiding and education in career planning,reducing the occupational stress of medical professionals,and improving medical care.Strengthen the internal management mechanism by strengthening the design of the top-level system,innovating the talent introduction mechanism,establishing a viable performance management and promotion mechanism,and establishing a health human resources management system that meets the public opinion of the public areas.From the aspects of deepening the reform of the heilongjiang agricultural reclamation system,realizing the sharing of urban and rural resources,optimizing the environment for social development,and reducing the impact of social environmental factors on brain drain,specific suggestions have been put forward..
