With the development of urbanization in C hina, the trend of population aging and the aging of urban population is becoming more and more serious, which makes the life and health of the elderly population gradually become the hot spots of social concern. By social and economic development, the traditional concept of pension and family pension functions of the weakening and institutional pension, so that the community home care for the aged in the present town is widely accepted as a pension. "O ld and sick appearance medicine and keep connected". In the town community home endowment process, providing professional and timely medical service of community health workers is the important guarantee for the medical care for the elderly,and is the practice of medical support the concept of integration of the best executive. However, due to the level of pay, working environment, social status and other reasons, the supply of human resources in community health care is not enough to meet the current needs, which will not only affect the sustainable development of China’s medical and health undertakings, but also affect the healthy development of C hina’s pension industry. Therefore, the research on the supply and demand of medical human resources in town community in China has important effect on deepening the integration of medical support, promoting the coordination of the pension and health care.This paper mainly based on the theory of double factor theory, human capit al theory and public goods supply and other related theories, using literature research, statistical methods and system dynamics method to study. First, using the literature research method, collect and collate the relevant research results of community ho me care and human resources. Secondly, using EXCEL and SPSS statistical software to analyze and estimate the key factors of the model. Finally, the system dynamics model is constructed by the causality diagram and flow chart, and the supply and demand of community health care from 2013 to 2050.Through the above research, this paper has the following conclusions: first, the ratio of supply and demand of the doctors and nurses in town community home care is the first rapid increase, reaching the maximum 0.9593, and then a slow decline in the trend. Second, through the analysis of the situation, it is concluded that the influence of the selection of community home care for the elderly, community doctors and nurses configure on the ratio of supply and demand is significant, and the best community health care allocation ratio is 66 people,77 people of per ten thousand town aged. Third, wages are not the only decisive factor affecting the supply of health care human resources, it is bound to have other factors. Fourth, the number of other health organizations? health works and Industry volunteers is the main source of doctors and nurses. Finally, from the inventory of a medical human resources and mining potential medical human resources and realize the balance of supply and demand related measures aspects put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
