The Study Of Cultural Construction Of Public Hospitals Under The New Situation Of Health Care Reform

Our country introduces new medical reform policy, which makes positioning to the future direction of public hospital development, which requires public hospitals to strengthen public welfare and make good use of its enthusiasm. Among them, the goal of public welfare makes public hospitals replace high profit-making projects with more public welfare ones. In this way, public hospitals will lose their existing advantages to a certain extent. Therefore, it is urgent to build a new kind of public hospital culture. In the whole process of the construction of the public hospital culture, it is important to reshape the figure of public hospital and their staff's idea and understanding of culture. It is clear that cultural construction of public hospital can not happen overnight. It needs a long time to constantly be revised and built. Throughout the status of public hospitals in our country, there is not a very successful case of hospital culture which shows that the cultural construction of our country is at a period of growing.In the process of the research, this thesis mainly makes good use of qualitative and quantitative analysis. This dissertation begins with the direction of cultural management. It first introduces the theoretical basis of the construction of public hospital culture, including the definition of culture, organizational culture, public hospital culture, culture construction. Then it introduces the overall structure of public hospital culture, mainly including material culture in the surface layer, behavior culture in the shallow, institutional culture in the middle layer and spiritual culture in the core layer. Then this thesis mainly introduces the main content and form of each type of culture. It also introduces the difficulties confronted by public hospital during the process of the construction of culture. After that, it analyzes the overall situation of public hospital, including the existing achievements and bad performance of cultural construction. Then the dissertation analyses the basic information of the Second People's Hospital in the city of Tianjin and its current situation of the construction of public hospital culture. At the end of the thesis, it puts forward several measures that public hospital should make good use of during the process of the construction of culture, mainly including the improvements of the concept of thinking, cultural mobilization, propaganda and communication.
