Under the background of the great development and prosperity of socialist culture,hospital culture,as an important part of socialist culture,is the new trend of modern hospital management.At present,the reform of public hospitals has entered a difficult stage,how to achieve their own comprehensive performance improvement and sustainable development on the basis of the overall goal of the new medical reform.How to carry out the cultural construction after the performance reform and the governance reform is an urgent problem to be solved.There are few researches on the relationship between culture and performance in the field of health care,and most of the studies have done little research on comprehensive performance from the social and economic benefits.The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of organizational culture on the overall performance of public hospitals,to explore the specific path of hospital culture impact of comprehensive performance,and put forward to promote the comprehensive performance of public hospital culture construction measures,provide cultural support for hospital reform.The relevant theoretical research results can not only enrich the hospital culture and the comprehensive performance,but also can be used as the cultural construction of the public hospitals and other organizations of the practice and reform of the medical and health system theory support,to further promote the new medical reform process.Based on the above research purpose,the impact of organizational culture on the comprehensive performance of the public hospital includes the following aspects:(1)literature review,arrangement the related research of public hospital organizational culture and comprehensive performance.(2)The theoretical analysis,mainly by gene-culture synergy theory,principal-agent theory,stakeholder theory to analysis how culture influences the comprehensive performance of public hospitals.Based on the literature review,this paper puts forward the model and hypothesis of the impact of organizational culture on the comprehensive performance of public hospital.(3)The empirical research,through the questionnaire survey and SEM(structural equation model)to verify the theoretical hypothesis.The survey samples are the two level and above scale public hospitals 14 who have a certain cultural from Nanjing,Wuxi,Suzhou,Taizhou,Nantong and other places of Jiangsu province;management personnel survey including public hospital medical personnel,senior management personnel,the administrative department of public health,university health management experts,289 valid questionnaires were obtained;statistical tools SPSS19.0 software(test data reliability and validity)and Lisre18.70 software(structural equation model).(4)The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,and the measures to improve the performance of public hospitals.After research summary,it is proved that the cohesive and coordination characteristics of the organizational culture of the public hospital,the characteristics of incentive and restraint,and the characteristics of external adaptation have an impact on the comprehensive performance,which is reasonable and advanced hospital culture construction can promote the public hospital comprehensive performance improvement.Therefore,it is proposed to promote the comprehensive performance of public hospitals in the construction of hospital culture,that is,to play a public hospital cohesion and coordination of cultural characteristics,fulfill social responsibility,establish correct values,promote teamwork,promote internal coordination of hospitals to ensure the realization of comprehensive performance;The cultural characteristics of hospital external adaptation,attention to learning and innovation,people-oriented,promote the medical humanistic spirit,build a harmonious cultural environment;attention to public hospital incentive and restraint of cultural characteristics,establish competition,sustainable development awareness,strengthen the building of personnel,training medical staff Spirit,standardize the management system,decentralize the power,keep the development of vitality;and put forward to enhance the strategic position of public hospital culture construction,play a positive role in culture,promote public hospital reform.
