Research On Organizational Culture Construction Of Public Hospitals At County Level In Mang People's Hospital As An Example

China's public hospitals in the county as the center hub connecting the township health service agencies and large city comprehensive public hospitals,plays a decisive role in the allocation of medical resources,due to geographical environment,hardware facilities,constraints and other factors,the development of public hospitals in the county can not rely on equipment and technology to win,more and more the hospital managers have started Mouxun new development ideas.The current health care system reform in China has entered the deep water area,experience and studies show that excellent organizational culture is the fundamental symbol of hospital soft power,and the rise and fall of public hospitals at the county level affects the development of our country's health,therefore,the author takes Mangshi people's Hospital as an example,through testing and research work,aiming at the current situation of the construction organization the culture of Mangshi people's Hospital,the use of two factor theory learning theory and the Herzberg organization to analyze the existing problems in the process of organizational culture construction,and puts forward suggestions and opinions of hospital learning organization and the improvement of the organizational culture construction,to the county hospital managers to provide a school organizational culture as the driving force to promote the hospital management and the development of reference.
