Study On The Present Situation And Optimization Strategy Of WeChat Platform In Qiqihar City Public Hospital

Objective:The purpose of this paper is to investigate the status of We Chat subscription in Qiqihar district hospitals,explore the related factors of We Chat public platform application,and change the status of We Chat in Qiqihar district hospitals.The specific optimization strategies is put forward at last,which simplify the medical treatment process and promote the diversification of regional medical services.Methods:1.The status of We Chat platform application is desribed in the region of QIqihar public hospitals,8 hospitals is choosed to conduct a survey in local community,so that to understand the type of platform and the introduction of hospital platform menu functions.2.The object of research is carried out a questionnaire survey,to collect the general demographic characteristics and the data of the individual’s operation on the We Chat platform.The information of Appointment Registration through the We Chat network is also collected.3.A face-to-face personal interview is conducted with 20 people,which is related to some contents as list : the current use of We Chat public platform,the improvement of the recommendations,the development of prospects.,the role We Chat will play in the future medical field and the functions expected to be developed for user experience,As well as the views and suggestions of We Chat and so on.Results:1.The survey show the proportion of We Chat hospital ublic platformsthat have their own hospital introduction in the menu bar is 87.50%;traffic guidelines is 25%only,hospital news is 37.5%,the hospitals have their own micro official website is25%,hospital notifications is 12.5%,the public platform can be waiting for reminder and personal management is 12.5%,the public platform can view the report card is50%.2.In this survey,500 subjects are brought into the study,of which 223 are males,accouting for 44.6%,and 277 are females,accounting for 55.4%.The average age was 42.29 ± 13.0 years.The majority of people is high school education,which have a total of 209 people,accounting for 41.8%,household income in the range of 2000-4000 yuan,accounting for 57.6%.3.There are 460 subjects who use wifi to surf the Internet,accounting for 92.0%,40 subjects never use wifi to access Internet,accounting for 8.0%;the number of mobile phone internet users in time 4-6hours is 33.2%,and 15.4 % subject investigated can not get more informations through the micro-platform4.Through multivariate logistic regression analysis,it was found that age,monthly income,daily access time of mobile phone and access to more information through micro-platform were statistically significant for We Chat platform.5.In this survey,325 subjects were concerned about the We Chat subscription,accounting for 65.00%,106 subjects had experience of being registered with the public number,accounting for21.2%,and only 78 of them had the experience of using mobile phone payment,accounting for 15.6%.In the hospital We Chat public platform recommend the medical dynamics is the most concerned about,accounting for 56.24%.In the form of push information,the maximum amount of video push is53.98%.In the recognition of the information being pushed,51% of the choice was fully recognized.The online appointment registration support accounted for 76.20%;for the online survey to report support accounted for 75.20%;6.Through the qualitative interview,it is found that the development of the microcomputer platform is limited and the leadership is not enough.The management team’s management and promotion ability is insufficient.The lack of interaction between the microcomputer platform and the user limits the development of themicro-The angle of the overall coordination,integration of existing resources,build the city’s medical network platform.Conclusion:1.Age,educational level,monthly income,time of collection and so on have important influence on the use of microcomputer platform.The object of the survey on the online appointment registration,survey report,online counseling and core hospital treatment platform and other functional support rate is high,the hospital We Chat public platform construction should be strengthened.2.The use of We Chat public platform in qiqihar public hospital and the secondary function development need to be improved,in the We Chat ID transmission and user data collection stage.3.Based on the demographic characteristics of qiqihar and the status quo of We Chat,the optimization strategy of We Chat public platform for regional public hospitals was proposed from the aspects of management,operation and use.4.Based on the project of "46312" of medical and health informatization,the "We Chat public platform of core medical institutions" in qiqihar city was constructed to improve the service process and alleviate the contradiction between doctors and patients.
