ObjectiveBy studying the clinical characteristics, pathogenesis and treatment status of senile community acquired pneumonia, the author uses warm pneumonic therapy to treat elderly community acquired pneumonia in Western medicine. After treatment, the clinical effect of warm pneumonic therapy on elderly community acquired pneumonia(CAP)patients is judged by observing the symptoms, signs and changes of auxiliary examination. In order to provide more comfortable treatment for elderly community acquired pneumonia patients.MethodsThe 60 cases of community-acquired pneumonia in the respiratory Department of the second central hospital in Guangdong Province from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into 30 cases in each group and 30 cases in the control group. Both groups were treated with conventional Western medicine. The control group were treated with orange red phlegm oral solution, and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine with warm-lung drink for 1 week.At the end of clinical observation,a database was established using Microsoft Excel 2003 and SPSS 17.0 was used for statistical analysis.ResultsThe two groups of cases were comparable in terms of sex, age, course, symptoms, signs, and auxiliary examination. After statistical testing,P> 0.05,the difference was not significant.Clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33 %,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33 %.After the Kruskal-Wallis rank test, there was no statistical difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P & GT;0.05);The apparent healing rate of the observation group was 90.00 %,and that of the control group was 56.66 %.After the Kruskal-Wallis rank test, the apparent healing rate between the two groups was statisticallydifferent(P<0.05);The two groups of patients were compared before and after the treatment. After the treatment of the two groups, the TCM syndromes, changes in lung signs, chest score, peripheral blood cell and C-reactive protein, and PCT were all improved compared with the treatment before and after the treatment. The comparison between the same group was not statistically analyzed(P>0.05).However,Chinese medicine syndromes score and lung voice and chest shadow absorption in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there were fewer adverse reactions in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion:The combination of Western medicine and warm-lung medicine or orange-red phlegm oral liquid can benefit elderly community-acquired pneumonia patients. In the basic treatment of United Western medicine,warm-lung drinking method is better than orange red phlegm oral liquid to improve the elderly community acquired pneumonia(external drinking type)traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, lung inflammation absorption situation is better, the overall efficiency is higher, and the adverse reaction is less.
