Objective:The main purpose of this topic is to compare the clinical effect of the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis by comparing the conventional acupuncture combined with the wheat grain moxibustion. To observe the therapeutic effect of wheat grain moxibustion after acupuncture,in order to explore a more effective and practical treatment for the sequelae of peripheral facial paralysis.Method:In this study,a randomized controlled trial was conducted.60 patients with sequela of peripheral facial paralysis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases). The treatment group was treated with wheat grain moxibustion on the basis of the control group, and the control group was treated with acupuncture. One day treatment,3 times for 1 courses,a total of 4 courses. The course of treatment was 2 days off. Before treatment, after treatment(thirtieth days)and follow-up period(3 months after treatment),House Brackmann score scale and facial Disability Index questionnaire(FDI)were used as evaluation indexes, and adverse reactions and side effects during the study were recorded at any time. With the SPSS19.00 statistics before and after treatment,follow-up data, and record the adverse events,to determine the safety of the treatment of cases of this study were from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2017 in patients with peripheral facial paralysis acupuncture clinic,to sign the "informed consent" were included in the study were collected from 60 cases.60 patients with standard peripheral facial paralysis were selected.According to the proportion of 1:1,the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group.Use data SPSS19.0 statistics software analysis.Paired t test and t test were used to measure data in normal and homogeneous groups. The rank data were checked by rank sum test, and chi square test was used to compare the count data.P was a bilateral test, and there was a significant difference in P < 0.05.There was a significant difference in P < 0.01.Result:The results of SPSS19.00 software treatment showed that:(1)the effect of the observation group was significant after the end of the treatment and the follow-up period and the H-B grading before treatment.(P<0.01)(2)the effect of the observation group was significant after the end of treatment and the follow-up period and the FDI score before treatment.(P<0.01)(3)the level of HB in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),but the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).(4)at the end of treatment, the scores of FDIP and FDIS were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),but the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).(5)the overall curative effect,6 cases were cured,21 cases markedly effective,3 cases improved,0 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 100%;the control group 2 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,11 cases improved,1 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 96.67%,compared to two P<0.05,indicating that the two has the difference. Conclusion:The two treatment methods have good clinical effects in the treatment of sequela of peripheral facial paralysis. However, the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with moxibustion is superior to conventional acupuncture treatment, and has long-term efficacy, safety and reliability, and is the best treatment.
