Clinical Research Of Electroacupuncture Combined With Grain Moxibustion In Treating Sequelae Of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with grain moxibustion therapy and electroacupuncture alone in the treatment of sequelae of peripheral facial paralysis,to provide a basis for the clinical application of this comprehensive therapy in the treatment of this disease..Methods Seventy patients who met the diagnostic criteria for sequelae of peripheral facial paralysis were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.Observation group:bilateral Zusanli,Hegu and Yanglingquan were taken,and the affected side was saved bamboo,fish waist,sun,Yangbai,buccal cart,barn,gale and zygoma.Among them,bamboo,fish waist,zygoma,buccal cart and electric needle were added Yangbai and barn were moxibusted with wheat grains three times a time,once every other day,five times as a course of treatment.The control group:electro-acupuncture therapy and course of treatment were the same as the observation group,without wheat moxibustion therapy.The two groups were treated for 3 courses,a total of 15 times.The H-B facial nerve function grade and its score,the H-B facial nerve function symptom score and the clinical curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzedResults 1.compared with the control group,there was a significant difference in the grading of H-B facial nerve function between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in the grading of H-B facial nerve function between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05)2.compared with the control group,there was a significant difference in the score of H-B facial nerve function symptoms between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in the score of H-B facial nerve functional symptoms between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05)3.there was a significant difference in H-B facial nerve functional grading between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).4.the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions 1.simple electro acupuncture therapy,electro acupuncture combined with grain moxibustion therapy have certain effects on the treatment of sequela of peripheral facial paralysis.2.electro acupuncture combined with grain moxibustion therapy is better than electroacupuncture only in the sequelae of peripheral facial paralysis.3.electro acupuncture combined with grain moxibustion is safe and effective,and is worthy of clinical application.
