Objective1.To observe the effect of Fu's Subcutaneous Needling combined with rehabilitation training on knee joint pain and daily living ability in patients with blood stasis type knee osteoarthritis.2.Comparison of Fu's Subcutaneous Needling combined with rehabilitation training with conventional western medicine combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of blood stasis type knee osteoarthritis in the near future.MethodsPatients with knee osteoarthritis who met the criteria of this study were selected 80 cases.Using simple randomized divided into treatment group, control group, two groups each enrolled 40 patients, control group with oral medicine with rehabilitation training,1.Oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs celecoxib,200 mg,1 day,a total of 24 days;2.Rehabilitation training:Including the former group extensor muscle training, flexion of the rear group flexor, the rear group flexor stretch and internal and external group muscle relaxation, training the next day 1,3 times for a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses.Treatment group using Fu's Subcutaneous Needling with rehabilitation training,1.Fu's Subcutaneous Needling:Push patella test to find pain points, then find the pathological tight muscle, select 2-3 pain points according to the pathological tight muscle, use disposable floating needle, line Sweep with reperfusion activities after needling, after treatment, remove the needle core, leave the soft tube, remove the soft tube after 4-6h,the next day 1 times,3 times for a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment.2.Rehabilitation training: treatment plan with the control group. The visual analogue score of VAS knee pain and score of WOMAC osteoarthritis index were recorded and analyzed before treatment, after treatment and 1 month after the end of treatment, and the clinical curative effect was evaluated.Results1.Before treatment, the basic data of two groups were compared, including age, gender, duration of disease, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),comparable.2.There was no significant difference between the two groups in visual analogue scale(VAS)of knee pain before treatment(P>0.05),comparable after treatment, the VAS scores of both groups were decreased after treatment compared with that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment, there was difference between the two groups in the VAS score, the treatment group score decreased more than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.The scores of WOMAC osteoarthritis index were compared between the two groups before treatment, respectively from four aspects of pain score, stiffness score, life ability score and total score, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),Comparable;After treatment and before treatment, the WOMAC scores in the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower in four groups(P<0.01).After treatment, the score of the four groups was compared between the two groups,in which there was no significant difference between the rigid scores(P>0.05),and the other three scores were lower, there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).4.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 94.87%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(60.53%)(P<0.01).5.One month after the end of treatment, two groups of patients were followed up,and VAS knee pain score and WOMAC osteoarthritis index score.the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).At the follow-up of the control group, the differences between the two scores were also statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).The treatment group and the control group were followed-up comparison between the two scores were also statistically significant(P<0.01),and the treatment group scores were lower than the control group.Conclusion1.The two groups of treatment programs can reduce blood stasis type KOA patients with knee pain,at the same time,Fu's Subcutaneous Needling combined with rehabilitation training is the experimental group program, which is better than oral western medicine combined with rehabilitation training in the control group to improve the relief of knee joint pain.2.The two groups of treatment programs can improve local pain in patients with blood stasis type KOA,joint stiffness and daily living ability; The two groups were similar in improving joint stiffness.Experimental group in improving pain, the overall daily living ability and so on better than the control group.3.In the short term curative effect, treatment group than the control group.4.In the efficacy of continuity, the treatment group than the control group lasting better.
