Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Early Knee Osteoarthritis By The Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling Combined With The Ordinary Acupuncture

Purpose:To observe the difference of therapeutic effect between Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling(FSN)combined with ordinary acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis and ordinary acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis,to study the clinical curative effect of FSN combined with ordinary acupuncture on early knee osteoarthritis,and to explore a better therapeutic scheme for knee osteoarthritis.Method:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,64 patients with knee osteoarthritis who finally met the requirements of this study were randomly divided into groups by drawing a random number card,they were divided into treatment group and control group with 32 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with FSN FSN combined with ordinary acupuncture alternately every other day,the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture,both groups were treated with exercise therapy as basic therapy,The treatment lasted for6 days as a course of treatment,with a total of 2 courses of treatment,and 1day of rest between the 2 courses.In the course of treatment,if the patient’s symptoms improve,and the score results meet the criteria of cure,the treatment can be stopped early,the course of treatment can be ended early,the patient was recorded as cured.Before the first treatment and after the last treatment,the patients in the two groups were evaluated with Vas,WOMAC-pain,stiffness and life function,and the total WOMAC scores were recorded,then,statistical analysis of the scores,in the course of treatment of subjects need to pay close attention to the changes in their disease development.At the end of the treatment course,the curative effect of this study was evaluated according to the evaluation results of the patients’ symptoms and signs and the WOMAC total score improvement index.All the data were analyzed by SPSS25.0 statistical analysis software,and the curative effect of FSN combined with ordinary acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis was evaluated from all directions and multiple angles.Results:1.A total of 64 patients were included in this study.During the treatment,there were two patients in each group,and 30 patients in each group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the baseline data and the observation indexes before the first treatment(VAS score,WOMAC-pain,stiffness,life function subscale score and WOMAC total score)(P > 0.05),the two groups were comparable.2.The scores of the two groups were compared before the first treatment and after the two courses of treatment,the scores of Vas,WOMAC-pain,stiffness,life function and the total scores of WOMAC decreased significantly after treatment in both groups(P < 0.01).It is indicated that both combined treatment and single ordinary acupuncture can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with knee osteoarthritis,and the curative effect is definite.3.After two courses of treatment,the scores of Vas,WOMAC-pain,life function and total scores of WOMAC in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups in WOMAC-stiffness(P > 0.05).The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two therapeutic schemes in improving the degree of stiffness of knee joint,and FSN combined with ordinary acupuncture had better effect in reliefing pain and improving function.4.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,in which 4cases were cured(13.33%)and 18 cases were markedly effective(60.00%),while the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%,among them,2 cases were cured(6.67%)and 12 cases were markedly effective(40.00%).There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P <0.05).The results showed that the general curative effect and obvious effect of FSN combined with ordinary acupuncture was better than that of ordinary acupuncture.Conclusion:FSN combined with ordinary acupuncture therapy and single acupuncture therapy have obvious therapeutic effects on pain,stiffness and life function of patients in early knee osteoarthritis.The curative effect of combined therapy on relieving knee joint pain and improving functional activity is better than that of rdinary acupuncture,and it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
