The Influence Of Moxibustion With Medicinal Cake On Abdomen Combined With Acupuncture Therapy On The Spleen And Stomach Function And Development Of Children With Cerebral Palsy

ObjectiveThis study was mainly to explore the influence of moxibustion with medicinal cake on abdomen combined with acupuncture therapy on the spleen and stomach function and development of children with cerebral palsy,which compared with Jin-three Needles therapy,so as to provide new idea to improve the therapeutic effects of treatment.MethodsWe divided 60 cerebral palsy cases who meet the study criteria into two groups randomly.Moxibustion with medicinal cake on abdomen combined with acupuncture therapy was applied to observation group and Jin-three Needles therapy was applied to the other group.All patients received treatment once per day and 3 days a week,and rest in weekend,which lasted for 3 months.We selected the spleen deficiency scale for children with CP and the evaluation table of comprehensive function of children with CP.We compared all scores before and after treatment,assessing the effects and made the conclusions.Results1?The comparison of pre-treatment and after all course on assessment of the spleen deficiency scale for children with CP of both group was statistic-ally meaningful(P<0.05),and two therapeutic plans in this study could improve the scores of the spleen deficiency scale and the scores of observation group was better than the other one group(P<0.05).Total scores of two therapeutic plans was improved after treatment,and the total scores of observation group was better than the other one group(P<0.05).In the observation group,2 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,19 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,the overall response rate was 96.67%;in the control group,1 case cases was cured,0 case was markedly effective,22 cases were effective,7 cases was ineffective,the overall response rate was 77.67%,and the curative effect of the spleen deficiency scale of the observation group was better than the control group,which show statistical significance(P<0.05).2?After all treatment,the scores of comprehensive function of children with cerebral palsy were improved,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionBoth moxibustion with medicinal cake on abdomen combined with acupuncture therapy and Jin-three Needles therapy can improve symptoms of the childrens with spleen deficiency and cerebral palsy,and the moxibustion with medicinal cake on abdomen combined with acupuncture therapy is better than only acupuncture therapy,which can improve the spleen and stomach function and comprehensive function of children with CP and improve their growth.
