The Clinical Curative Effect And Safety Of Using State Medical Theory To Treat Tension Type Headache

Tension-type headache is the most common headache in the general population.The frequency of seizures is accelerating with the rhythm of modern life.Professor Zhou has summed up many years of clinical experience and proposed to diagnose and treat tension-type headache with clinical state medical concepts.The subject mainly through the observation of the clinical status of medical treatment and traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of tension-type headache efficacy,so as to find clinically a set of treatment programs.Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of medical treatment and traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of tension-type headache differences in efficacy and safety.Methods: Totally 60 patients with tension-type headache were selected from Shenzhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for outpatient department of psychology and outpatient department of psychology.Randomly divided into experimental group(clinical state medicine group)and control group(Integrative Medicine group),each 30 cases.The experimental group used clinical medical treatment,while the control group received conventional Chinese and Western medicine.Statistical analysis was conducted between the two groups after VAS,clinical symptoms of headache,headache index,depression self-rating scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)Chinese health status scale(TCM-HSS),all data processing analysis with SPSS20.0.Results: The therapeutic effects of tension-type headache after two months treatment in both groups were significantly(P <0.01).The treatment effect in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P <0.05).Before and after treatment,liver and kidney function,bloodroutine,electrocardiogram and other safety indexes of two groups of subjects did not change significantly(P> 0.05).Conclusion: The clinical state of the medical treatment and the use of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of tension-type headache has a significant effect,the use of clinical state medical treatment than the traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of tension-type headache effect is obvious,the two treatment effects are better Of the safety,it is clinically worth to promote the use of clinical state medical treatment of tension-type headache.
