| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the small needle knife combined with strengthening 一 yang moxibustion in treating knee osteoarthritis of the Yang Deficiency and cold-coagulation type and to provide a new basis for the clinical application in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Then,before and after treatment,based on the results of the the infrared thermal image before and after treatment combined with the relevant efficacy score qualitative and quantitative analysis to provide a new evaluation method for the Chinese medicine treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:According to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,from January10,2017 to January 10,2018,a total of 93 patients with knee osteoarthritis diagnosed as yang deficiency and cold coagulation were selected and randomly divided into experimental groupⅠ(31 patients were treated with small needle knife and strengthening 一 yang moxibustion),31 cases in trial group Ⅱ(strengthening-yang moxibustion)and 31 cases in control group(Oral 1 week of celecoxib capsules 1 # qd),and the three groups of basic treatment: oral 4 weeks of WenYang TongLuo capsule 2 # tid.The data collected included WOMAC score,Yang-scale score,VAS score,and temperature,and recorded and statistically analyzed.Results:VAS scores:1.The Kruskal-Wallis H test showed that there was no significant difference in the mean VAS score between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05),and there was comparability;2.The WilcoxonSigned Rank Sum Test showed that the three groups had VAS before and after treatment.There was a significant difference in the overall mean(P<0.01).3.After the Kruskal-Wallis H test,the mean VAS score between the three groups was significantly different(P<0.01);4.After Kruskal-Wallis H test,VAS score difference between the three groups was significantly different(P<0.01);by Mann-Whithey U test: Compared with the test I group,the VAS score difference between the test group II and the control group Significant difference(P<0.01);Compared with the test II group,there was a significant difference in the VAS score of the control group(P<0.05).WOMAC scores:1.The mean value of WOMAC scores before treatment in the three groups was compared(P>0.05).The difference was not statistically significant and comparable.2.The overall mean value of WOMAC scores before and after treatment was compared(P<0.01).The difference was statistically significant.Significance;3.Comparison of the mean VAS scores among the three groups after treatment(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.SNK test: Compared with the experimental group I,the WOMAC scores of the experimental group II and the control group had significant overall mean values.Sex differences(P<0.05);Compared with group II,there was a significant difference in the overall mean value of WOMAC scores in the control group(P<0.05);4.The difference between the three groups of WOMAC scores(P<0.05).Significance of learning,SNK test: Compared with test group I,test group II,the control group WOMAC score overall mean was significantly different(P<0.05);compared with test group II,the control group’s WOMAC score overall mean Significant difference(P<0.05).Yang deficiency scale score: 1.The mean value of the scores of the three groups before treatment was compared(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant and comparable;2.The mean scores of the positive and negative yang-evaluation scores before and after treatment were compared(P<0.01)),The difference was statistically significant;3.The mean value of the scores of the three groups after treatment was Statistically significant(P<0.05);SNK test:compared with the group I,the group II yang deficiency There was no significant difference in the overall mean scores of the table scores(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the mean scores of the scores of the Yang yang deficiencyscales in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the experimental group II,the yang deficiency scores scores in the control group There was a significant difference in the overall mean(P<0.05).4.The difference between the scores of the three groups of Yang deficiency scales was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.After the SNK test,compared with the experimental group I,there was no significant difference in the score difference between the experimental group II and the Yang deficiency scale(P>0.05),there was a significant difference in the score difference between the control group and the Yang deficiency scale(P<0.05).Compared with the trial group II,there was a significant difference between the control group and the Yang deficiency scale score difference(P<0.05).Thermal imaging temperature values: 1.The mean temperature of the three groups before treatment was compared(P>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant and comparable.2.The average temperature of the three groups before and after the treatment was compared(P<0.01).The difference was statistically significant.3.The mean temperature of the three groups after treatment was compared(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.After SNK test:Compared with group I,there was a significant difference in overall temperature after treatment between group II and control group(P<0.05);Compared with Group II,there was a significant difference in the mean temperature of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.A small needle knife combined with strengthening - yang moxibustion therapy can relieve clinical symptoms and improve the joints function of knee osteoarthritis.2.Small needle knife combined with strengthening - yang moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has a synergistic effect.3.Wenyang Tongluo capsule can improve the clinical symptoms of Yang Deficiency cold-cure knee osteoarthritis.4.The use of infrared thermography to evaluate the clinical efficacy of knee osteoarthritis is feasible. |
