| Objective:To observe the intervention effect of Du-moxibustion on yang-deficiency constitution population,to explore the effect of Du-moxibustion on yang-deficiency constitution population,and to analyze the infrared thermal imaging characteristics of yang-deficiency constitution population and the effect of Du-moxibustion intervention with the help of infrared thermal imaging technology.Methods:According to the principle of randomized control,60 patients with yang-deficiency constitution who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the propaganda and education control group and the Du-moxibustion experimental group.The propaganda and education control group was given the intervention of the health propaganda program,while the Du-moxibustion experimental group was given the intervention of Du-moxibustion with the health propaganda program,a total of two courses of intervention.At the same time,30 patients with mild constitution were randomly selected as the mild control group,and the three groups were examined by infrared thermal imager before intervention,7 days after the first course of intervention(i.e.before the second course of intervention)and 7 days after the end of the two courses of treatment.In the propaganda and education control group and the Du-moxibustion experimental group,the score of yang-deficiency quality table and the quality of life evaluation were recorded respectively.Results:1.Analysis of intervention effect(1)Intra-group comparison:After intervention,the transformation scores of yang-deficiency constitution in the Du-moxibustion experimental group and the propaganda and education control group were lower than before intervention,and the scores of SF-36 quality of life table were higher than before intervention,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(2)Inter-group comparison:(1)Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the transformation score of yang-deficiency constitution and the score of SF-36 quality of life table between the Du-moxibustion experimental group and the propaganda and education control group(P>0.05).(2)After eight weeks of intervention,the conversion score of yang-deficiency constitution in the Du-moxibustion experimental group was lower than that in the propaganda and education control group,and the score of SF-36 quality of life table in the Du-moxibustion experimental group was higher than that in the propaganda and education control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of efficacy: The total effective rate was 92.86% in the Du-moxibustion experimental group and 58.62% in the propaganda and education control group.The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01)and the efficacy of the Du-moxibustion experimental group was better.2.Analysis of infrared thermal imaging characteristics(1)Intra-group comparison:(1)The Du-moxibustion experimental group: After four weeks of intervention,thermal metabolism △T in cheek and spine was higher than that before intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After eight weeks of intervention,thermal metabolism △T in abdomen and the lateral area of upper limbs was higher than that of four weeks after intervention,and thermal metabolism △T in cheeks,abdomen,spine and the lateral area of upper limbs was higher than before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The propaganda and education control group: After eight weeks of intervention,thermal metabolism △T in cheek was higher than that of four weeks after intervention and before intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The mild control group: There was no significant difference in pairwise comparison of thermal metabolism △T in each region(P>0.05)before intervention,four weeks and eight weeks after intervention.(2)Inter-group comparison:(1)The Du-moxibustion experimental group and the mild control group: In the Du-moxibustion experimental group,thermal metabolism△T of cheek,abdomen,spine and the lateral area of limbs before intervention was lower than that in the mild control group,thermal metabolism △T of abdomen and the lateral area of limbs after four weeks of intervention was lower than that in the mild control group,thermal metabolism △T of the lateral area of lower limbs after eight weeks of intervention was lower than that in the mild control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The Du-moxibustion experimental group and the propaganda and education control group: In the Du-moxibustion experimental group,thermal metabolism △T of spine and cheek after four weeks of intervention was higher than that in the propaganda and education control group,thermal metabolism △T of abdomen,spine and the lateral area of upper limbs after eight weeks of intervention was higher than that in the propaganda and education control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The propaganda and education control group and the mild control group: In the propaganda and education control group,thermal metabolism△T of cheek,abdomen,spine and the lateral area of limbs before intervention and after four weeks of intervention was lower than that in the mild control group,thermal metabolism △T of abdomen,spine and the lateral area of limbs after eight weeks of intervention was lower than that in the mild control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Du-moxibustion can effectively improve the biased state of yang-deficiency constitution,improve the quality of life,and the curative effect is better than the intervention of simple health education program.2.The infrared thermal imaging characteristics of yang-deficiency constitution are roughly as follows: the thermal metabolism of the spine,cheek and the lateral area of limbs was low;In the chest and abdomen,thermal metabolism was lower in the abdomen than in the chest.The abdomen is characterized by a lower thermal metabolism in the upper abdomen than in the lower abdomen.3.Dynamic law of the infrared thermal imaging of the yang-deficiency constitution under the intervention of Du-moxibustion is as follows: the thermal imaging changes diffuse from the spinal column to the surrounding areas.To be specific: The thermal imaging of the spine changes first,then the thermal imaging of the face changes.With the infiltration of Du-moxibustion,the abdominal thermal imaging will then change.Finally,the thermal imaging of limbs changes with the whole body meridian circulation. |
