Objective:1.Measure the infrared spectrum of Jade,Stone needle,moxibustion and other materials.To explore the relationship between infrared spectrum of Jade,moxibustion and other materials with acupoints in human body.It provides scientific basis and data support for Jade as moxibustion alternative material.2.The treatment of knee osteoarthritis by Jade moxibustion is compared with traditional moxibustion.The results provide clinical basis for Jade moxibustion as an alternative treatment technology of moxibustion,and provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,Method:1.The infrared spectrum measurement experiment: the infrared spectrum of Jade,Stone needle and other moxibustion replaceable materials and common building stones such as marble and cement limestone were measured by high sensitivity PHE201 infrared spectrometer.The infrared spectrum characteristics of the tested objects were measured at 32 ℃,37 ℃,43 ℃,47 ℃ and 52 ℃,and the differences of their infrared spectral characteristics in the wavelength range of 1.5-18 μ m were compared.The infrared spectrum of yellow Jade and green Jade was measured at 32 ℃,37 ℃,43 ℃,47 ℃and 52 ℃,and the difference of infrared spectrum characteristics between them in the range of 1.5-18 μ m was compared.The infrared spectrum of the two was measured after the light of moxibustion and pure moxa strip.The difference of infrared spectrum characteristics in the wavelength range of 1.5-18 μ m was compared.The infrared spectrum of Calvin point in knee joint was measured in the range of 1.5-18 μ m at room temperature,and the infrared spectrum characteristics of the acupoint were compared with that of moxibustion substitutable materials at 43 ℃ and 47 ℃.2.The clinical trial of knee osteoarthritis: 89 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into Jade Moxibustion group(45 people)and moxibustion group(44 people).ST35,Ex-LE04 and Ashi point were selected.Jade moxibustion group: the jade knee protection was electrified for 3 minutes,and the initial temperature reached 46 ℃,and the jade inside the knee was pressed to the acupoint.Traditional Moxibustion group:three aconites were used at each point,and the moxibustion was ignited and pasted on the acupoints of the subjects.The treatment was performed three times a week,20 minutes a time,12 times in total.Follow up was performed at the 8th,12 th and 24 th weeks after the treatment.The changes of vas visual pain score were observed before,after treatment,2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks and 24 weeks.The changes of 15 meter fast walking time were observed before,after treatment,and the changes of serum COMP,IL-1 β,IL-2,IL-6,IL-8,MCP-1,MMP-3 and MMP-13 were observed before and after treatment.Result:1.the infrared spectrum of Jade,Stone needle,marble and cement limestone is higher with the increase of temperature in the wavelength range of 1.5-18 μ M.The infrared radiation intensity is Jade > Stone needle > marble ≈ cement limestone.The peak infrared radiation at 11 μ m of Jade and Stone needle at 43 ℃ and 47 ℃ was significantly different.The peak infrared radiation of Jade is larger than that of Stone needle.There was no significant difference in the peak of infrared radiation at 11 μ m when the yellow and green Jade were at 43 ℃ and 47 ℃,and the infrared radiation value at 10 μ m was statistically different.Green Jade is bigger than yellow Jade.The infrared spectrum characteristics of Self Stick Moxibustion and moxibustion were similar when burning,and the peak of infrared radiation appeared at 3.75 μ M.The infrared spectrum of ST35 in healthy people is similar to Jade and Stone needle.2.Vas visual pain score: 56.09 ± 10.99 before treatment,38.48 ± 13.94,P < 0.01 after treatment,60.09 ± 11.96 before moxibustion group,40.16 ± 16.16,P < 0.01,P > 0.05 before and after treatment.The walking time of 15 meters: Jade moxibustion group was10.72(10.02,14.38),10.23(9.06,12.73),P < 0.05 after treatment,10.73(9.06,15.76)before and after moxibustion group,10.44(8.88,13.88),p>0.05;p>0.05 before and after treatment.Serum IL-2: before treatment,5.66 ± 0.78,4.57 ± 0.84,P < 0.01,6.00± 0.86 before moxibustion,4.52 ± 0.95,P < 0.01,P > 0.05 before and after treatment.The other serum COMP,IL-1 β,IL-6,IL-8,MCP-1,MMP-3 and MMP-13 were p >0.05 before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.The infrared spectrum of Jade is close to the peak wavelength of spontaneous infrared radiation spectrum of acupoints,both in the range of 10-11μm.The infrared radiation intensity of green Jade is higher than that of yellow Jade.2.Both Jade moxibustion and moxibustion have obvious effect on the pain improvement of knee osteoarthritis,and the effect of Jade moxibustion is similar to that of traditional moxibustion.Jade moxibustion and traditional moxibustion can significantly reduce the content of pro-inflammatory factor IL-2 in serum of knee osteoarthritis.
