To Observe The Clinical Curative Effect Of Acup-Point Injection For Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Radiculopathy Of Qi-Stagnation And Blood Stasis

ObjectiveThis study was to observe the acupuncture point injection and acupuncture treatment in patients with qi and blood stasis type of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type differences in clinical efficacy, comparison, analysis, and verification, discusses advantages of point injection therapy for the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.MethodsAll of the patients in this study were derived from guangdong hospital of acupuncture clinic patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type qi stagnancy and blood stasis and recruiting volunteers; Cases of collection time for January 2015 to December 2015; Collected a total of 75 cases included in the standard of qi and blood stasis type of nerve root type of cervical spondylosis patients and volunteers, including 31 cases of male patients,44 patients with women, the youngest is 25 years old, biggest 69 years old. Cases of grouping method:according to clinical randomized methods will all take part in this study subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups, treatment group (37 cases, control group 38 cases. Clinical treatment plan:two groups of participants selected the same acupuncture cervical clip ridge point (on both sides, positive reaction section), the da-zhui acupuncture point, outside the cave (double); The treatment group treated by acupuncture point injection therapy for the control group using conventional acupuncture treated. Treatment:treatment three times a week treatment,6 times for 1 course of treatment, a total of 12 treatment time. Four time points for patients with curative effect evaluation, before starting treatment, at the end of the first course of treatment, at the end of the second course of treatment, all for 1 month after treatment (follow-up); Rating scale using NPQ neck pain scale and VAS pain scale; Curative effect evaluation standard in accordance with the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine 1994 "standard of disease diagnosis curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine" related curative effect evaluation standard to draw up. The research data is through spss18.0 software for statistics and analysis of count data by chi-square test, hierarchical data with rank and inspection, measurement data using t test or rank and inspection (if data conforms to normal distribution is used t test, if the data does not conform to the normal distribution with rank and inspection), measurement data with (mean±standard deviation), P=0.05 significant level.ResultsFall off due to various reasons, in the study of the treatment group 2 cases, control group off 3 cases, the final two groups all have 35 cases included in the statistics.1、Before the treatment, two groups of patients in age, gender, duration, NPQ score, VAS score the difference of the baseline conditions such as no statistical significance (P> 0.05), comparable.2、Group comparison:after one treatment, treatment group NPQ score, VAS score is better than the control group; Comparative effectiveness, the treatment group total effectiveness 82.9%> 65.7% in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3、Group comparison:after 2 treatment, treatment group NPQ score, VAS score is better than the control group; Comparative effectiveness, the treatment group total effectiveness 91.4%> 77.1% in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4、The comparison between groups:1 month after treatment, the treatment group NPQ score, VAS score is better than the control group; Comparative effectiveness, the treatment group total effectiveness 91.4% > 74.3% in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).5、Group comparison:two groups of patients with increase of treatment NPQ score, VAS score is on the decline, in the second course of NPQ score and VAS score the lowest.Conclusions(1) Acupoint injection therapy in the treatment of qi and blood stasis type of curative effect is better than traditional acupuncture on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.(2) And acupuncture point injection can both methods in the treatment of qi and blood stasis type of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.(3) Acupuncture point injection of two groups of treatment the longer course of treatment, the curative effect is better.
