| Objective: In this study,Qingre Zhilin decoction was used to treat urinary(dampn ess and heat betting type)tract infection. Its safety and effectiveness were studied by cli nical observation.Method: From February 2017 to September 2017,72 patients with urinary tract infection were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with compound Jingqiancao granules orally for 2weeks.The TCM symptom score, urine WBC count and urine bacterial count were recorded and compared before and after treatment.Result: In the treatment group,1 case fell off. After clinical observation, the total effective rate of disease in the treatment group was 88.57 and that in the control group was750.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 97.14 and that in the control group was 83.330.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Compared with the two groups of patients after treatment, urinary leukocyte count score showed that the two groups of patients after treatment decreased, but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),the comparison of the two groups of patients after treatment urine bacterial count score value showed, after treatment, the two groups of patients after treatment. The score of urinary bacterial count decreased, but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Comprehensive analysis of TCM syndromes score, urine white blood cell count and urine bacterial count can prove that Qingre Zhilin decoction has a remarkable curative effect on urinary tract infection(damp-heat betting),and is superior to the therapeutic effect of compound Jinqiancao granule. Conclusion: The clinical research has proved that the oral treatment of Qingre Zhilin decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with urinary tract infection(damp heat betting type),and can obviously reduce the urine white blood cell count and urine bacterial count, which is worthy of further study and wide application in clinical practice. |
