| Objective:Through random,contrasting clinic researeh of GongBao Powder. To observe clinical effect of GongBao Powder on the treatment of leukorrhagia(Damp invasion of lower energizer), provide more reference for clinical treatment.Methods:1.Clinical data:Select for use 80 clinic make a definite diagnosis of cervical erosion patient, and according to differentiation of syndromes in TCM it belonged to the leukorrhagia (type of damp invasion of lower energizer),80 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, the treatment group had 40 cases and control group in 40 cases,both completed the study.For a consecutive two courses drug treatment, efficacy evaluating after treatment. The distribution of age, course of diseases, the average TCM Syndrome points and illness level were comparable, the indexing and type of cervical erosion of the two groups had no significant difference (P> 0.05).2.Treatment:Two Groups, on the medicine by physicians:dry cotton ball lightly with disinfection James stem the cervical and vaginal secretions, treatment group:Pushed the powder inio the cervical by the gynaecological special equipment, so that the spray evenly covered in the department of cervical erosion, then take the line tampon on right amount powder Placed analgesic, The next day remove tampon。ask patient to hospital the every day on the drug once,12 times for one treatment. The control group:The next day to the vagina near the deep love of cervical-treatment and disposal of the bolt-1, six times for one treatment. Two ways administ in 3 days after menstruation clean, the next menstrual Clean after three days of review, to the second course of treatment if no cure, during treatment ban bath and sex life, drugs will be disabled during menstruation, observation of two courses.3. Ob s ervation efeffieacy and safety:To observe Comprehensive effect, TCM syndrome integral, the size of Cervical erosion surface and vaginal cleanness-grade before and after the treatment. P>0.05 demonstrates no significant difference, P<0.05 demonstrates Significant difference.Results:1.Two groups of integrated effect comparison, In the total efficiency of the observer group was 87.5%,While the total effective of the control group was 72.5%; in the integral of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, the total efficiency of the observer group was 97.5%,thetotal efficiency of the control group was 85%;in the size of Cervical erosion surface, the total efficiency of the observer group was 92.5%,the total efficiency of the control group was 80%; in the improvement of vaginal cleanness-grade, the observer group has 37.5% after treatment with vaginal secretion cleanliness into 1°, The control group was 20%, the two groups were all significantly different (p<0.05).It stated that the therapeutic efficiency of Gongbo Powder was better than Aibaoliao.2.In the more casual of leucorrhoea, unusual colors of leucorrhoea, odor of leucorrhoea, and the quality of leucorrhea, the clinical symptoms have improved significantly, the effect was better than Aibaoliao, there were significant differences (P<0.05).3.Gongbo Powder group as correlation analysis results showed that the effect of age and no correlation, and the course of disease, illness level and the effect of a significant correlation, the shorter the duration or more light condition,the more obvious effects.4.Adverse reactions and side effects:no obvious adverse reactions and side effects in both groups during clinical study.Conclusion:GongBao Powder could effectivly treat chronic cervicitis,and cervical erosion(damp invasion of lower energizer),obviously improve erosion area, Inflammation and the correlate symptoms, has no side effects and shall be widely applied. |
