The Clinical Study Of Xue Niao Qing Capsule In The Treatment Of Hematuria Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Purpose: To explore the efficacy and safety of Xue Niao Qing Capsule in treating chronic glomerulonephritis hematuria.Method: A total of 60 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were included in a randomized controlled clinical study.According to the SAS statistical software,random numbers were designed and divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and the control group.The two groups were given the basic treatment of Western medicine,the treatment group was given Xue Niao Qing capsules,the control group was given the hematuria capsule,and the course of treatment was 1.2 weeks.In order to further verify the safety of the two groups,the urine red cell count(high field of vision)and the change of TCM syndrome were observed before and after treatment.Result: One case was lost in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group.(1)after oral administration of Xue Niao Qing capsule,the total effective rate was 86.21%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 67.86%.(p<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.(2)the urine sediment red cell count(high field of field of vision)of the patients in the treatment group and the control group were all significantly decreased(p<0.05).But the decrease of the control group was significantly lower than that of the treatment group(p<0.05);(3)the TCM syndromes(lumbar spinal sore,swelling,fatigue,abdominal distention,stool yellow red and stool)before and after the contrast treatment: the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group were significantly reduced(p<0.05),and the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in the group of subjects were also more than before the treatment.Reduction(p<0.05),but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(p<0.05);(4)there were no obvious adverse reactions and acute pathological changes of other organs during the treatment of the two groups,and there were no obvious abnormal changes in the recorded safety examination items(blood routine,routine routine,electrocardiogram,liver function,kidney work).Conclusion: Xue Niao Qing capsule can significantly reduce the red blood cell count(high field of vision)of the patients with chronic glomerulonephritis and hematuria,and can obviouslyimprove the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,such as yellow red urine,edema,pain of lumbar spine,fatigue and loose stool.The curative effect is better than hematuria capsule,and it has good safety.
