The Hematuria �� Side Of The Rat Mesangial Cell Proliferation In Rats

[Objective]: To observe NIAO Xie yi-hao prescription which can clear heart-heat and purge fire, cool and activate blood according to theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, inhibiting the mesangial cell (MsC) proliferative renal glomerule in vitro culture, thus investigate the mechanism of aditional Chinese medicine treating the glomerulonephritis hematuria.[Methods]: 1.The mesangial cell of the renal gloraerule (HBZY) were cultured after they were bought, and the shape of cell observed;2. Thirty experimental SD mice were divided randomly into the normal group , the triperyguim wilfordii pllyglycosidium group , the high-dose , the middle-dose and the low-dose group. The mice were pured into stomach for one week in succession, then the serum was drawn;3.The cultured MsC were divided randomly into the normal group , the triperyguim wilfordii pllyglycosidium group , the high-dose , the middle-dose and the low-dose group, after that, the liquid was changed separately. The effects of the five groups on MsC hyperplasia were observed respctively in 48h, 72h, and the OD values were measured with the method of MTT, then the suppressing rates (%)were worked out; 4. with the flow cytomety , not only the apoptosis of the MsC were determinated in 48h and 72h , but also the DNA content of the cell cycle in every group. [Results]:1. NIAO Xie yi-hao could inhabinate the MsC proliferation. There were remarkable differences among the groups (P <0. 01) ;2. NIAO Xie yi-hao was helpful for the apoptosis of the MsC .
