Clinical Efficacy Research Of Treating Hematuria Caused By Chronic Glomerulonephritis With Hemostasis

We observed, organized and summarized the academic theory and clinical experience of professor Ye Chuanhui treating hematuria caused by chronic glomerulonephritis with hemostasis in the thesis guided by my tutor professor Li Mingquan carefully. We discussed the theory, princile, formula and herbs deeply of hematuria caused by chronic glomerulonephritis guided by fundational theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of treating Chronic Nephritis with removing blood stasis and hemostasis (liver kidney yin deficiency, blood stasis syndrome).Method:72 patients with chronic nephritis hematuria (liver kidney yin deficiency, blood stasis syndrome) were randomly divided into two groups, control group received traditional decoction of nourishing yin clearing heat, cooling blood and hemostasis; treatment group of 36 cases received traditional decoction of removing blood stasis based on control group.Result:Observe the effectiveness of traditional symptoms, the obvious effective rate of the treatment group was 11.11%, total response rate was 77.78%. In control group, the obvious effective rate was 2.78%, total response rate was 58.34%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The treatment group was better than the control group. Observe the efficacy of red blood cells in Urine, the total response rate of the treatment group was 91.67%, and that of the control group was 86.11%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group (P<0. 05). After treatment, occult blood in urine and red blood cell numbers on the microscopy were significantly improved, and observe improving the number of red blood cells on the microscope, the treatment group were more than the control group (P<0.05).Every patients were carried out three conventional, liver function, kidney function, blood lipids and ECG before and after treatment, we didin't found any liver and kidney dysfunction related study drug, abnormal heart. The safety is better.Conclusion:Removing blood stasis and hemostasis of Chronic Nephritis is a better therapeutic effect, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, reduced hematuria. It's one of the effective way to treat chronic nephritis.
