| Objective:Study of Modified Danggui Sini Decoction "in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(cold Bizu type) clinical efficacy, to evaluate the safety and practicality, for the use of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine to provide certain reference.Methods:the 60 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis(cold Bizu type) were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each. Treatment group was given oral medicine decoction of Jiawei Danggui Sini decoction. Patients in control group were treated with oral Chinese patent medicine guantongshu capsules, two groups of observation period were for 4 weeks. Through the two groups of patients before and after treatment, the main symptoms, secondary symptoms, signs integral and the total score of statistical analysis, clear its clinical effect.Result:This study were treated 60 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis(cold Bizu type), the treatment group received oral medicine decoction of Jiawei Danggui Sini Decoction, follow?up, the treatment group cure 4 cases, markedly effective in 16 cases, effective in 7 cases, 3 cases were ineffective, 90% efficiency. The patients in control group were treated with oral Chinese patent medicine guantongshu capsules, follow?up and in the control group, 2 cases were cured, 7 cases were markedly effective, 11 cases were effective, ineffective in 10 cases, total have effective rate was 66.67%. After statistical treatment, the efficacy of the two groups was significant (P<0.05), the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in relieving pain and improving the symptoms of knee joint function.Conclusion:Modified Danggui Sini Decoction "in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(cold Bizu type) has obvious curative effect, which can alleviate knee pain, improve knee flexion extension function, and no obvious toxic side effects, treatment of knee osteoarthritis(cold Bizu type) effective recipe, suitable for clinical application. |
