Clear Fire And Remove Carbuncle Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Lung Abscess (Heart And Liver Fire,Toxic Heat Stayinside Syndrome) Clinical Observation

Purpose: The main purpose of this research is to observe the clinical efficacy ofClear fire and Remove carbuncle Decoction in treating chronic lung abscess(heart fire and liver fire,toxic heat stayinside syndrome),compared with western medicine treatment,through the comparison of the two treatment of cough,expectoration,upset,insomnia,hypochondriac pain,dry mouth symptoms to evaluate the degree of two treatment methods.And through the Clear fire and Remove carbuncle Decoction in the treatment of chronic lung abscess(heart and liver fire,toxic heat stayinside syndrome)clinical observation on the curative effect evaluation,and the feasibility and safety of Clear fire and Remove carbuncle Decoction in the treatment of chronic pulmonary abscess.Method: From 2017 to December 2017 the 01 Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of chronic lung disease(heart and liver fire,toxic heat stayinside syndrome)72 cases patients,required to meet the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.The subjects were included according to the order number,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given the Clear fire and Remove carbuncle Decoction for 10 days,while the control group was given Azithromycin Tablets for 10 days.The scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment were collected.After entering the data,the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS19.0 software,and the difference in curative effect between the two groups was evaluated.Result: The application of statistical methods analysis,finally to obtain data: application of Clear fire and Remove carbuncle Decoction the total efficiency is 86.1%.The control group used Azithromycin Tablets the total efficiency is 75%.There are obvious differences between the two groups(P < 0.01),indicating that the treatment group and the control group of two therapeutic schemes in the treatment of chronic lung abscess(heart and liver fire,toxic heat stayinside syndrome)patients with symptoms have the curative effect,but the Clear fire and Remove carbuncle Decoction better carbuncle soup effect.Conclusion: The clinical study shows that the application of TCM,taking Clear fire and Remove carbuncle Decoction in the treatment of chronic lung abscess(heart and liver fire,toxic heat stayinside syndrome)in improving symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and its validity and feasibility are significantly better than the control group,can effectively alleviate the patient’s condition.
