The Clinical Research Of Qixuan Zhi Long Prescription Combined With Badu Quyu Tongluo Paste To Treat Diabetic Foot(Qi Yin Two False Carry Heat Poison Proof)

Objective : Through clinical observation using stilbene and vermiculite dragon soup combined pull poison and remove stasis t2 dm with cream in the treatment of qi and Yin two virtual carry hot poison the curative effect of diabetic foot,observe limb wound healing,improve the symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine,to explore the traditional Chinese medicine internal and ointment for external use only,in the joint together to promote interaction between near the curative effect of diabetic foot,will be fully applied to the treatment of clinical Chinese medicine therapy,relieve patients' pain.Methods:In changchun university of Chinese medicine hospital of endocrinology,select out of the 60 cases,belong to conform to the gas Yin deficiency of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine carry toxic heat syndrome in patients with diabetic foot,and then into the patients randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group given conventional foundation treatment,physiological saline,iodine volts tampons debridement,gentamycin gauze after dressing treatment,observation group also gives treatment on a regular basis,and to the stilbene xuan vermiculite dragon soup oral and iodine volts tampons debridement,and use the plaster bandage therapy.Using the scoring method,the healing index of wound surface and the results of TCM syndrome integration were obtained,and the data and results of clinical observation were statistically analyzed and concluded.Results:1.The treatment of diabetic foot disease with the treatment of qi Yin deficiency and heat syndrome by using qi xuan vermiculosum decoction combined with removing stasis and removing blood stasis and removing blood stasis,was observed and found to be of good clinical efficacy.The total efficiency of clinical treatment in the observation group was 93.3%,while the control group was only 70%,and the observationgroup had better efficacy in improving symptoms.The wound curative effect of observation group and control group in the evaluation results are shown as p < 0.05,there are significant differences,in the observation group of oral Chinese medicine plaster in the treatment of clinical cure rate was 36.7%,while the control group only 0.The conclusion was that the treatment group was superior to the control group in promoting wound healing.Conclusion:Application of stilbene xuan vermiculite dragon soup joint poison and remove stasis pull two virtual t2 dm with cream in the treatment of qi and Yin toxic heat syndrome of diabetic foot,the effect is more significant,herb tea can not only qi and nourishing Yin,improve physical fitness,and plaster can remove rotten topical detumescence,help the growth of granulation,promote wound healing.Oral administration of qi xuan vermiculosum soup,combined with removing the toxin and removing blood stasis tongluo ointment,is an effective treatment method for treating diabetic foot.
